疼痛是所有病人最常見且害怕之症狀之一,對病人經歷疼痛時之護理目標為協助病人達到最佳之疼痛控制。不論病人所經歷之疼痛型態為何,護理人員皆應與病人共同探討及執行最有效之疼痛控制方法。而護理人員能支持及指導病人疼痛控制的範圍則是其對病人疼痛經驗了解的深度與廣度而定。此瞭解應包含由開始及持續漸進的對病人疼痛經驗之評估。 正確的疼痛評估與處置,端賴於正確的疼痛處置之知識,且醫護專業人員對疼痛處置的知識會影響其日後對病人疼痛的處置和品質,若護理人員能針對疼痛病人做正確及詳細的疼痛評估,則可能減輕病人疼痛的生理、心理、社會及靈性等方面的問題。 本研究之目的為提昇疼痛護理,首先了解護理人員如何評估及處置病人疼痛問題,經對策實施後,提供護理人員對疼痛的正確評估方式,以及制訂對疼痛處置流程,配合疼痛評估表的執行,來建立對疼痛處置之標準及模式,將所有相關之照護目標及措施整合於護理照護過程中,期望能提升護理照護成效及護理品質,進而增進病人的權益及對護理服務的滿意度。
The ultimate goal for assisting patient in pain management is to minimize the pain to an acceptable range by the patient, as pain is one of the most common and fearsome symptoms of all. No matter the nature of the pain, nursing stuffs should discuss, which includes on the understanding, previous experiences on pain assessment, with the patient on the efficiency of the methods and routes in order to achieve optimal pain management. The effectiveness on pain assessment and management depends on the knowledge and attitude and management practices of the nursing stuffs, which in turns with a precise assessment would help to solve the social, spiritual, psychological and physical aspects of the patient. The aim of this study is to improve on the level of pain management. By reevaluate the attitudes and methods of the nursing stuffs on facing pain sufferers; a standardized flow chart could be then built for comparison, in this way the quality and efficiency of nursing care will be improved and lead to a better satisfactions by the patient.
