電子業一直是我國發展的重要產業之一,在電子產品的製作幾乎都會用到印刷電路板(Printed Circuit Board, PCB),PCB屬較上游之產業,產能及品質會直接影響最終產品的產量,然生產報廢一直存在於製造業中,不管有再高級的設備、再精英的人才、再完美的工作流程。總會存在一些不良品及報廢材料。品質的控管一直是各產業重視的要項。為了提高製程生產力,避免不必要的浪費及損耗就顯得格外的重要。在今日強調競爭的年代,要想長期生存,唯有不斷地提昇產品及管理品質。因此本研究將以PCB產業之報廢管理系統(MRB system)為主,探討採用MRB系統所提供的資訊,運用統計分析方法,提供管理決策者在PCB製程、層板規格、料號及缺點原因等報廢數據資料,以個案實例說明運用7-Step進行品質的改善,最後結論提出建構一個採報廢分析於品質改善循環的新模型。
Electronics industry has been one of the important industries in our country. It is commonplace that we use Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in manufacturing electronic products. PCB is considered to be the upstream of the industry. Its production and performance often directly influences final product outputs. However, the production abandonment has existed in the manufacturing industry regardless of the high-quality equipment, outstanding employees, and perfect work flow. Thus, quality control becomes the important factor that all industries should take seriously. In order to enhance production and avoid unnecessary waste, controlling losses appears to be essential. Since quality control is precisely the most successful factor in this competitive market, we have to come up with a long-term solution to control our losses. Therefore, this thesis primarily focuses on the MRB systems in the PCB industry. We will use the information provided by the MRB systems, use the statistical analysis method to manage PCB abandonment data information and system regulation. With a case study and the 7-step-quality-improvement, we will conclude a new model working on the quality improvement circulation.
