摘要


手機在硬體技術及通信網路技術的不斷進步之下,已不再是單純的通話功能為主,硬體運算能力的提升使得手機逐漸可以取代部分個人電腦的功能,包括即時訊息、網頁瀏覽、多媒體影音播放,並且透過無線傳輸技術例如藍牙、WiFi與其他的裝置進行資料傳輸,而在電子產業的競爭之下,系統功能複雜化以及軟硬體技術更新的速度更是使得產品生命週期縮短,因此如何在有限的時間內有效找出系統缺失,提昇系統品質,更是產品研發過程中的重要課題。本研究旨在探討如何應用決策樹分析測試計畫中的測試項目優先權,使得測試計畫中的重要測試項目能夠優先排入測試,提供研發團隊重要的測試結果,使得研發過程得以讓整體品質逐步提昇,而開發出品質以及功能穩定的手機系統。

After continuous improvement of hardware technology and communication technology, call is no longer an only function of mobile phone. Hardware upgrade makes mobile computing power gradually to replace part of the personal computer functions, including instant messaging, web browsing, multimedia player, and through wireless transmission technology such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and other devices for data transmission. In the electronics industry, competition, complex system functions and speed of updating software and hardware technology is shortening product life cycles. Therefore, how to find the system defect and enhance system quality in a limited time is an important issue during product development. This study aimed to explore how to apply the decision tree analysis to decide the test priority of the test cases of test plan. Make the test result of the important cases can be provided to RD team in first priority and improve the overall quality of product development gradually. Then develop a mobile phone system with stable quality and function.
