探討樂觀與自我勝任對專案風險及績效的影響

摘要


風險認知在軟體專案管理中相當重要,本研究的第一個目的在於探討風險認 知的前置因子以及其對績效的影響,使用的前置因子為樂觀及自我勝任,第二個 目的則是驗證樂觀與自我勝任的關係,第三個目的則是驗證風險認知與績效的關 係。樂觀對軟體專案經理對於專案的風險認知有顯著正面影響,但對績效的影響 則不顯著,而樂觀對自我勝任有顯著正面影響,自我勝任對風險認知也有顯著正 面影響,風險認知對績效也有顯著影響。研究方法則以問卷法驗證各關係的存在, 測詴針對同個專案的專案經理、開發人員與使用者驗證模型,全概念以專案經理 的看法為主,惟最後在測詴風險認知至績效時,採用同一專案之利益關係人感受 到的績效,以期更加精確驗證。

Risk perception is very important in software management. There are three purposes in this paper: finding the antecedent factors of risk perception and how they affect performance, and proving the relationship between optimism and self-efficacy in the MIS field, and prove the relationship of risk perception and performance. The results show that optimism has a positive effect on risk perception and self-efficacy, but it has no significance on performance. Moreover self-efficacy has a positive effect on risk perception. Finally, risk perception has a positive effect on performance. About the research method, we use questionnaires to test the model.
