In this study, the relationships between social support, goal orientation and motivation of training transfer are investigated into primary and secondary school’s teachers on the international education training course. Furthermore, the effects of goal orientation are researched on social support and training transfer motivation. 240 questionnaires from teachers on international education training course in Taiwan are used for the samples, and 207 questionnaires are completely retrieved. The positive effects of social support on the training transfer motivation, supervisor support on performance goal, and social support on learning goal are found in this study. Besides, the indefinite effects of goal orientation on the training transfer motivation are also explored in this research.
