House is one kind of basic needs and expensive things that most of the people can simply afford once in a lifetime and before purchasing will considered about house price, purchasing ability, location and house size that could affect a customer's decision on purchasing a house. Because of consideration factors, many users will search house information through the website, for most agency website provide a complete house attribute but lack of surrounding environment information. Information that they get is just by traditional sorting and binary information. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System for house evaluation, which provides complete house information and house facilities information, considered both house value and user purchasing ability, last is to evaluate house based on customer preference. To evaluate house value by combining Simple Multi-Attribute Ranking Technique and facility distance and total house price as user purchasing ability. Research shows that proposed result can recommend perfectly compare with weight function and Data Envelopment Analysis.
