摘要

知識經濟時代下，企業成功法則不斷被翻新與改寫，競爭環境與趨勢迅速變化，個人與組織都必須因應轉變而不斷學習成長，即時培育多元特質與強化核心競爭力，才能在瞬息萬變的競爭環境中，適時建構優勢的競爭基石。本研究以企業導入專案管理系統（Project Data Management System, PDM）以提升資料儲存及維護的功能，提高研發、設計速度。簡化資料四處儲存的困擾,整合資料流程,提升T公司整體競爭力.

Of era of knowledge economy, the rule of corporate success is refurbished and rewritten. In order to meet the rapidly changing competitive environment and timely construction of the cornerstone of the advantages of competition, individuals and organizations must respond to change and continuous learning growth and instantly cultivate diverse qualities to strengthen the core competitiveness. In this thesis, the import PDM (Project Data Management System) to speed up R & D design by enhancing functions of data repository and data maintenance is studied. The case study shows that simplification of data collection procedures through integration of data flows enhances the overall competitiveness of the T Company.
