應用螢光粉頻譜模擬LED亮度之研究

摘要


在本論文中,為了探討螢光粉頻譜對於白光LED封裝之光學影響,我們在此建立螢光粉頻譜簡化驗證方式,主要使用藍光晶片與激發後黃色螢光粉之頻譜來描述白光LED之光學行為。最後,經由實驗與模擬之驗證與分析,我們成功建立此方式,可以使用在未來初步在LED上之驗證流程,可以有效減少驗證時間與成本。而本文我們主要針對整體趨勢進行分析,但由於螢光粉頻譜的光學特性,還有須多必須探討之處,如:螢光粉再吸收和螢光粉熱衰現象,使我們的模型還存在有許多的改善空間。

In this thesis, a simplified verification method of phosphor spectrum was studied to explore the influence of phosphor spectrum of the white LED package to its optical properties. The emission spectrum of blue chip and the excitation spectrum of yellow phosphor are used to describe the optical behavior of the white LED package. By simulation and experiment, a model was built successfully which can be used in the future on the initial verification process of LED, and effectively reduce the time and cost of validation. In this thesis, we aimed to analyze the overall trend. But there are still many optical properties of the phosphor spectrum need to be explored, such as the thermal decay and the re-absorption of the phosphor. These properties are what to be improved in the future with our model.
