本研究旨在探討中年退休人員其加入志願服務隊之心態,有無意願再回到職場服務,優勢為何,可否再為企業所用,作為企業內屆於退休之人力再規劃發展之可行性之參考。 本研究以桃園縣地區五十五歲至六十四歲的中年退休人員志願服務者為研究對象,藉由專訪或問題調查方式進行資料收集。資料分析方法以描述性統計、訪談資料分析來進行歸納。 研究方法採用深入訪談為主,以敘說研究方法為輔。依據研究主題需求性,訂定訪談對象: 一、受訪志工之職業必須為退休之中年人(55~64 歲) 二、參與志工隊已有6個月以上之資歷 三、在職志工 研究結果發現,加入志願服務的人,其服務的熱情以及願意接受新體驗的意願較高,對於擁有學習的機會以及能接受到新知識的機會也遠大於未參加志願服務的人。 改善方法:強化學校與產業間服務業人才培育之平台及機制、有效提升中高齡人力資源及改善中高齡之就業環境。設計有關任職條約及其保障、短期性或專案約聘模式。
This research is aimed to study the mentality of middle-aged retirees who participate into volunteer service, their willingness of returning to workplace, their career advantages, and the possibility of corporate recruitment. All of the above would be considered as reference for the development plan of middle-aged retirees. This study has set the target as retirees aged from 55 to 64 in Taoyuan County who currently served in volunteer service. Data is collected from the interview with focus group and questionnaires. Analysis is conducted through descriptive analysis, interview data analysis to conclude. The major study methodology is in-depth interview, and the minor is descriptive method. The interviewees are selected based on the criteria of the research topics. 1. The interviewees have to be middle-aged (aged from 55 to 64) retirees, currently participate into volunteer service. 2. The interviewees has to participate into volunteer service no less than 6 months. 3. Currently-served volunteer workers The researching finding shows that those, who join volunteer service, are equipped with higher passion to serve and, are more willing to take new experience. Therefore, they usually have more opportunities to learn and absorb unknown knowledge than those who never participate into volunteer service. Improvement methods: 1. Strengthen the infrastructure or mechanism of human resource development between education institutions and industries, thus effectively develop the middle-aged the elderly workforces’ capabilities and improve the working conditions; 2. Design new working regulations and welfares, and develop new cooperation models which is either temporary or project-based.
