綠色社區生態指標之建構

Study on A Model of Green Ecological Index for Community

摘要


綠建築評估指標雖然被廣泛使用於基地的開發,相關的研究成果也非常豐碩,但僅多被應用在基地層級方面,而有關於社區層級方面的指標落實及操作技術的研究卻仍缺乏。由於目前我國較少提出社區層級的永續指標,且現今對於社區環境的營造越來越注重,因此,建立一套適合社區層級綠色社區生態評估指標為目前永續台灣重要的課題之ㄧ。 本研究目的乃建立一套適合社區層級綠色社區生態評估指標。首先經由第一階段專家問卷進行之評估因子之篩選,挑選出相關評估因子後,再以層級分析法求取評估因子權重,建構綠色社區生態指標評估架構。本文所建立之社區層級綠色社區生態評估指標可分為二個因子層級,第一層級之因子(權重)分別為社區生態環境(0.270)、社區綠化量(0.272)、社區保水(0.207)、社區污染改善(0.251);第二層級因子有十七個,社區生態環境之評估影響因子(權重)分別為棲地多樣性(0.287)、棲地間之距離(0.202)、棲地總面積(0.217)、棲地用地的編定符合度(0.155)、超過10公尺喬木數量(0.139);社區綠化量之評估影響因子(權重)分別為植生物種多樣性(0.250)、綠覆率(0.366)、植生複層數量(0.169)、本土性植物的比例(0.215);社區保水之評估影響因子(權重)分別為透水鋪面比例(0.301)、滲水設施(0.219)、水域總面積比例(0.157)、接近水域容易度(0.115)、中水系統的利用(0.208);社區污染改善之評估影響因子(權重)分別為資源回收的執行率(0.375)、污水系統設置比例(0.379)、廚餘收集再利用執行率(0.246)。本文經由三個案例社區進行指標評估實證,結果顯示A社區為49.75分;B社區為71.21分;C社區為46.23分,B社區指標優於A、C 社區者,此與實際現況符合,顯示本文綠色社區指標模式具一定程度的正確性,可供永續工作之參考。

The green-house evaluation indexes was widely applied in the home site development, but still lack of green-house evaluation indexes about community level index. At present our nation lesser proposed the sustainability indexes of community level, therefore the studies establishes a suitable for the community level of green-house ecology evaluation index is one of the important destination. This studies aims to establish suitable for the community level of green-house ecology evaluation indexes. First, we used Delphi technique to gain the correlated impact factors, and then extract weighted impact factors by the analytic hierarchy process. After all constructs community of the green-house ecology evaluation index framework. This studies for the community level of green-house ecology evaluation index, we divide evaluation index into two parts, the impact factors (weighted) in first level are communal ecological environment (0.270), communal greening the quantity (0.272), communal conservation the water (0.207), communal pollution improvement (0.251). The factor has 17 in second level, the impact factors (weighted) of communal ecological environment are habitat the multiplicity (0.287), habitats spacing (0.202), habitats total area (0.217), habitats compiles and checks with the place to be proper (0.155), Surpasses 10 meters tree quantities (0.139). The impact factors (weighted) of communal greening the quantity are plants the fresh species multiplicity (0.250), ration of greening (0.366), plants the fresh multiple quantity (0.169), native place plant's proportion (0.215). The impact factors (weighted) of communal conservation the water are permeable pavement proportion (0.301), permeate facility (0.219), total waters area proportion (0.157), accession the waters simple degree (0.115), greywater reclamation system establishment proportion (0.208). the impact factors (weighted) of communal pollution improvement are recycling execution rate (0.375), sewage system establishment proportion (0.379), food waste collection uses again execution rate (0.246). The research on the index assessment of the communities by three cases showed that the score of the community A is 49.75, the score of the community B is 71.21 and the score of the community C is 46.23. Corresponding to the real present situation, the community B is superior to the community A and C. The result indicated that the green community index model with the certain accuracy may provide the reference resources of the sustainability works.
