近年來電影市場蓬勃發展,電影必須不斷創造令人驚豔之特效來滿足劇本所需,為觀眾營造更多創新之視覺感受,因此電影特效發展勢必越趨於多樣化;相對的,該領域之需求也將日益增加,在眾多3D電影特效軟體中Houdini、Maya、3ds Max、RealFlow等軟體較常使用,其中Houdini以製作靈活且能力強大、種類多樣為國外特效製作主流軟體,國外眾多華麗、震撼之電影特效需求常以Houdini來製作及呈現,Houdini在國外3D特效領域頗負盛名,但在國內使用Houdini來製作特效卻是寥寥無幾。以致本研究探討利用『Houdini』軟體進行特效製作之過程。主要作品以Houdini之粒子系統來製作『沙子特效』,模擬沙子粒子聚集變化為人形,並進行飄散之效果呈現。希望透過製作過程,引導相關研究者提升對Houdini的熟悉程度。
In terms of the prosperity of movie industry, the needs of astonishing VFX(Visual Special Effects)are dramatically escalated. To construct an innovative vision, movie VFX thus becomes diversification and as well as the requirements of this technique are burgeoning. Within the abundance of movie VFX programs, such as Houdini, Maya, 3ds Max, and RealFlow, Houdini represents its flexible and powerful potentiality to build 3D VFX; the reputation of Houdini makes it becoming the mainstream program in movie industry. At present, most tremendous and vibrated movie VFX is made and represented by Houdini in Hollywood, there are few productions made from Houdini in Taiwan, however. In light of the background, this research comprises the establish processes of VFX utilized via the Houdini. The performance of the VFX of sand is based on the particle system of the Houdini, and is simulated through an aggregation procedure from transforming sand particles to a concrete of human shape, which is represented by the effects of floating. In light of the establish process, this research endeavors are to steer and promote the familiarization of Houdini utilization to relative researchers.
