網際網路的發展,讓求職者的就業資訊媒體由實體轉為虛擬。近年來國內的求職求才網站如雨後春筍般地出現,其利用網際網路優勢所提供給求職者的親和力、便利性、互動性與豐富資訊,和傳統的平面媒體(報紙、雜誌等)形成了強烈的對比。網際網路具有無限版面的人力分類廣告功能,工作機會得以在網路上媒合,提供了求職者迅速獲得就業資訊。 本研究以一般網際網路使用者為研究對象,以求職者的觀點進而去探討互動性、知覺風險、信任與態度對網路人力銀行之影響,總計共回收329份網路問卷,有效問卷率回收率為65.7%。經因素分析、迴歸分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後多重檢定分析等統計方法,來驗證本研究之假設。研究結果發現:1. 互動性對知覺風險有顯著的負向影響。2. 互動性對態度與信任皆有顯著的正向影響。3. 知覺風險對態度有顯著的負向影響。4. 信任對態度有顯著的正向影響。5. 不同使用者特性在互動性、知覺風險、信任與態度之間有呈現差異。 根據實證結果建議網路人力銀行業者加強網站互動性時須注意1.應以公正客觀以及科學化的數據及資訊資料能協助求職者了解職場萬象以及自我探索。2.應隨時查核登記企業是否於主管機關辦理或由公司或商業登記,以避免虛設公司之存在,降低造成使用服務者求職的風險。3.應普遍增設對特定產業和公司之隱藏履歷資訊的功能以減少求職者的困擾。
With the development of internet, the media for the information of employment market transfer from entity to fictitiously. In recent years, the Online Recruitment Website grows vigorously in domestic. It utilizes the advantage of the internet to provide affinity, convenience, interactivity and abundant information, which contrast sharply with traditional media. The internet has limitless layouts of classified ad of HR, so the job seekers can get the information of employment market briskly, working opportunity can be matched online. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of interactivity, perceived risk, trust and attitude for general internet user in terms of job seekers. The valid collection rate was 65.7%. It uses factor analysis, regression analysis, t-test, one-way ANOA and Scheffe multiple- comparison to verify the hypotheses of this research. The results of study indicate the followings: 1. Interactivity influence perceived risk negatively. 2. Interactivity influence trust and attitude both positively. 3. Perceived risk influence attitude negatively. 4. Trust influence attitude positively. 5. There are significant differences on interactivity, perceived risk, trust and attitude in different characteristics of user in Online Recruitment Website. Based on the results, researcher suggests that when the Online Recruitment Website enhances interactivity need to: 1. Provide with fair, objective and scientific data, information and material to help job seekers to understand employment market and ego inquiry. 2. Check registration enterprises to avoid the nominal company to reduce risk of job-hunt for job seekers. 3. Set up the function of hiding assume information to Specific industry and Company to reduce job seekers' trouble.
