農村美學-社區自辦窳陋空間改善關鍵成功因素之分析

摘要

過去的農村社區因缺乏整體計畫之引導，致使農村發展與建設凌亂、新舊建築物雜陳；特別是在農村髒亂、破敗之窳陋空間，更是在環境景觀上的障礙。農村再生條例通過後，農村建設已有計畫性的引導，且政府也期望透過社區自主營造，促進周邊環境一併提升，擴大政策效果，以創造優質的農村景觀。有鑒於此，政府推動農村再生，也助挹社區小型自辦窳陋空間改善工作，開始往往因農村本身營造經驗、人力、技術的差異及社區的特色、環境、產業、願景皆不同。
本研究依層級分析法所得八大面項以人力投入之重要性權重最高，代表窳陋改善工作時，有社區幹部領導引導或藝術家（或達人）共同參與其效果會有加成的效果。另各社區窳陋空間改善成功之因素，在空間區位、功能效益、特色結合此三項之認同度最高，反在創意發明方面呈現較低之認同度，代表未來在廢棄物回收再利用及創意發明仍需加強。窳陋空間改善工作已在空間區位（整體性）及功能效益（正當性）發揮正面的意義，人力投入是為推動工作的基本條件，但在融入文化藝術內涵及創意發明等方向仍需加強。建議未來透過農村美學概念及技術學習課程，並分享社區自辦窳陋空間改善工作經驗，以全面提農村整體美質。

This study shows that community Yulou space to improve the working and no significant correlation between the amount of green. To improve the effectiveness of the overall environment to play, extending the new policy direction of rural aesthetics
