The econom and competing environment of manpower is getting fierce nowadays, the role of sales person is much more important than before in the industries. Thus, it is necessary to understand the influencing factors of being excellent sale’s person in order to enhance a the salesman’s values in the industry. This study is to measure the correlation between job stresses and burnout and to find out the affecting factors on health among the sale’s person of manufacturers in Tainan Industrial District. The statistical methods of One-Way ANOVA, Independent t-test and Regression Analysis are employed. In this empirical study, it finds that to raise role independence and to decrease the role ambiguity can reduce the sale’s person burnout. The lower burnout can strengthen sale person’s general health, vitality and mental health.
