本研究旨在探討夜市創業家創業促成因素,研究對象區分為兩群,第一群為能夠針對研究主題進行深入的論述,並且建構夜市創業家創業促成因素中各個因素,能真正符合夜市創業家創業促成因素的關鍵;第二群則以AHP專家問卷為主,藉以判定夜市創業家創業促成因素模式中各個影響因素之相對權重。 綜合本研究之相關文獻探討、專家意見訪談以及層級分析法實證,本研究對夜市創業家創業促成因素提出五項關鍵特質:(1)在影響夜市創業家創業因素之構面中,餐飲類創業模式下,「環境因素」構面相較於「創業動機」構面、「創業能力」構面與「行為特質」有較大的影響力;百貨類創業模式下,「創業動機」構面相較於「創業能力」構面、「行為特質」構面與「環境因素」有較大的影響力。(2) 在夜市創業家創業影響因素中,「行為特質」構面在餐飲類創業模式與百貨類創業模式下,均以「創新突破」之因素較具影響力。(3)在夜市創業家創業影響因素中,「創業動機」構面在餐飲類創業模式下以「受雇生涯受挫」之因素較具影響力;百貨類創業模式下以「家庭因素」之因素較具影響力。(4)在夜市創業家創業影響因素中,「創業能力」構面在餐飲類創業模式下以「社會資本」之因素較具影響力;百貨類創業模式下以「人力資本」之因素較具影響力。(5)在夜市創業家創業影響因素中,「環境因素」構面在餐飲類創業模式與百貨類創業模式下,均以「就業不易」之因素較具影響力。
This research mainly discussed the enabling factors for night market entrepreneurship. Research subjects were categorized into two groups, one was to conduct in-depth statement focusing on research theme, and build the key enabling factors for night market entrepreneurship, the other one was to determine the relative weights of each influential factor in the model through AHP expert questionnaire. Comprehensively, this research introduced five key characteristics for enabling factors in night market entrepreneurship through literature review, expert interview and empirical evidence from AHP: (1) In the key enabling factors for night market entrepreneurship, for catering sector, “environmental factor” had greater influence than “motive for entrepreneurship”, “ability for entrepreneurship” and “behavioral characteristics.” While for living department store sector, “motive for entrepreneurship” had greater influence than “ability for entrepreneurship”, “behavioral characteristics” and “environmental factor.”(2) For “behavioral characteristics”, “innovative breakthrough” is the key and most influential element regardless in catering or living department store sectors. (3) For “motives for entrepreneurship”, the key and most influential element in catering sector is “frustration suffered as an employee” while in living department store sector is “family issues.” (4) For “ability for entrepreneurship”, the key and most influential element in catering sector is “social capital” while in living department store sector is “human capital.”(5) For “Environmental factors”, “uneasy employment” is the key and most influential element regardless in catering or living department store sectors.
