KIM人工物料處理檢核表運用的問題探討

摘要


本研究之目的係探討KIM人工物料處理檢核表在實際應用上的問題。KIM人工物料處理檢核表是晚進發展出來的一套相當易於使用的肌肉骨骼危害評估檢核表,非常值得推廣。然而由於它的方法簡潔,於是乎在使用上無法完全涵蓋複雜多變的工作狀況,會有一些不明確的問題產生。本研究根據游志雲等學者所提出的肌肉骨骼防制技術,進行一個壓鑄工廠之「噴砂」、「裝箱出貨」、「小旋鈕檢修」、「圓蓋盤鑽孔」等四個作業場所的改善,其中主要以利用KIM人工物料處理檢核表來辨識評估工作現場的肌肉骨骼危害成因:不良姿勢、重複性動作、過度施力、組織壓迫與振動衝擊。研究結果指出若干KIM人工物料處理檢核表之缺點,例如未明確定義彎腰角度、無法評估手部細微動作姿勢、無法評估組織壓迫與振動衝擊危害因子等。顯示KIM人工物料處理檢核表仍有一些亟待改進的缺點,期待後續研究加以補強。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem regarding the application of Key Indicator Method checklist (KIM). KIM is a newly developped ergonomical checklist for the assessment of risk factors of work-related musculoskeltal (WMSD). It is easy to use, and therefore is worthwhuile to promote. Nevertheless, because of its simplicity, it is seemed that it can not fully cover the complexity in all sorts of work situation, it appears to have some some shortcomings in the assessment of risk factors. This study is undertaken to use the WMSD prevention technique deelopped by YU et. al in the workplace intervention of “Sandblasting”, “Packing and shipping”, “Knob checking” and “Circular plate drilling” workplaces in a die-casting plant, in the process KIM was used as primary method in the assessment of WMSD risk factors, such as over-exertion, repetitive motion, awardkward posture, tissue compression, and vibration and impaction. The results pointed out several some shortcomings of KIM method, such as “Stoop angle is not clearly defined”, “Subtle hand posture can not be evaluated”, and “Both tissue compression and vibration can not be evaluated”…etc. These findings suggest further study to strengthen the shortcomings of KIM checklist is needed.
