摘要


摘要 本研究目的在探討台灣平台產業產業,建構於技術創新的競爭策略,依此發展合適產業之經營方案。利用模糊層級分析法,建構出技術創新評選因素,並以問卷方式分析評選因素之權重,進一步找出合適的關鍵營運發展策略。研究成果說明如下: 一、 建立競爭策略評選層級架構 三大面向分別為「平台成長」、「平台創新」與「平台競爭」,而六個次要目的分別是「網路效應」、「創造客戶黏性」、「平台模式」、「呈現方式」、「同質性」、「業務領域」,而十二項評估準則分別是「補貼模式」、「轉換成本」、「鞏固用戶」、「高度流動」、「時間」、「地理」、「虛擬」、「現實」、 「獲利相同」、「獲利相異」、「相對廣泛」、「相對分眾」。 三大策略方案為「擴大利潤池」、「異業結盟」、「採取與對手相應的商業模式」。 二、 關鍵策略評選構面之跨構面權重值及權重排序 評選因素中以平台成長為第一,平台創新為第二,平台競爭為排名最後。跨構面之相對重要性,「補貼模式」為最高、「時間」為第二、第三為「轉換成本」、最後一名為「相對分眾」。 三、 太陽能產業競爭策略方案評選權重結果 「分散利潤池」及「異業結盟」的方案為最常採用,而「採取與對手相應的商業模式」的方案其分數均非最低分。

Abstract The purpose of this study is construct competive strategies for technology innovation of Taiwan platform industry, and the development of industrial operation plan. The Fuzzy AHP to construct the crticial operation stractgy factors and questionnaire analysis right slection factors of weight, further to find the right key development programs. Reserah results as follows: 1. The establishment of competitive strategy slection hierarchical structure. Three dimensions were “platform growth”, “platform innovation”,”Platform competition” and six secondary objectives were ”network effect”, “create cutomer stickness”, “platform model”, “presentation”, “homogency”, “business area”, twelve assessment were “subsidy model”, “switching costs”, “consolidate user”, “highly mobile”, “time”, “Geography”, “virtual”, “similar profit pool”, “different profit pool”, “relative wide”, and “relative focus”. Three strategic plan are “expland the profit pool”, “cross-industry alliance”, “Take the appropriate business model with the opponent”. 2. The dimension weights and Cross assessment criteria weight for sorting The dimensions weights are "Platform growth" is the first, the second is "Platform Innovation," "Platform competition" ranked last. The relative importance of cross-dimensions, the "subsidy model" is the highest, "Time" for the second, third is "Switching cost", last one is " relatively niche " 3. Platform industry competitive Strategy weight scheme results " expland the profit pool " and " cross-industry alliance " solution for the most commonly used, and " Take the appropriate business model with the opponent " non-program their scores were the lowest points
