摘要

從台灣發生數次重大醫療疏失後，病人安全在醫療行為重視程度與日俱增。越來越多醫療院所開始重視如何提升醫療照護品質，建立以病人安全為中心的醫療環境。為了減免醫院裡人為失誤和人與環境的互動失誤，則必須考慮人和環境以及人和物件的關係，因此也就連結到人因工程的範疇。本研究目的希望藉由案例分析提供醫院瞭解人因工程知識之管道及降低醫院疏失危害的風險。利用財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會（簡稱：醫策會）提供之各級醫院的案例，針對醫策會 2014 年提出的醫療品質及病人安全工作，以提升用藥安全、落實感染管制及提升手術安全為例，以人因工程觀點整理案例，再依其使用人因工程技術程度給予評分，使改善建議量化、數值化進行後續分析與探討，並進一步提出人因工程專家建議，希望未來能給予各級醫療院所參考學習。

Due to several medical accidents breaking out, patient safety is getting more emphasis in Taiwan. There are more and more hospitals understanding the importance about ergonomics
in improving patient safety. The purpose of this research is to provide the advanced ergonomics knowledge to hospitals and to reduce the risk of human error in hospitals. The cases are from Taiwan Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation (TJCHA) collected from hospitals. Take improving medication safety, ensuring infection control and improving operations safety as examples of the goals of patient safety to do research. The cases are reorganized by the domains of ergonomics. They are graded by the level how they approach ergonomics, and be quantified to do statistical analysis. The suggestions are given by ergonomics expert. The results can be the learning cases using in medicine in future.
