使用最少元件之電流式振盪電路新型設計與振盪電路新應用

摘要


論文提要: 最近二十年來,類比電路討論最多的是電流式或電壓式運算放大器之優劣比較. 其中,電流式運算放大器具有較大之頻寬,較低的電路複雜度,較寬之動態範圍, 較快的操作速度,並且電流式放大器具有電壓輸出入與電流輸出,在設計的之彈性與簡便上比一般電壓式放大器之優越.總而言之,電流式放大器可同時適用在電流式或電壓式電路設計,因此它很快地成為高效能電路設計上常用的主動元件. 文獻上登載許多利用不同型態電流式運算放大器設計不同型態之振盪電路.但是使用最少元件設計電路意謂較低的電路複雜度,較低之功率消耗與較低之故障機率.因此,利用多輸出端單個電流傳輸器為唯一主動元件來設計一些獨特且簡單之振盪器,具備多功能,易積體化,低靈敏度,構造簡單等特點.這種技術可應用於通訊,控制及量測系統之需求上. 最後,利用古典型振盪器,提出新的應用—應用最少元件設計設計低電壓驅動發光元件,提供給台灣中小企業製造商一個最經濟的創意產品. 論文中提出的所有電路設計與應用,都經由電腦模擬或實驗量測驗證. 相信所提出之電路技術論證可提供給產業界一些設計之參考.

ABSTRACT In recent two decades , there are much more discussion about the comparison between current conveyors and operational amplifier in analog circuit design. It is well known that current conveyors provide higher bandwidth capability, less complexity, wider dynamic range and higher operating speed. In addition, current conveyors, have been verified to enjoy operational flexibility and simplicity over the conventional op-amp counterparts. Consequently, the current conveyors are suitable to design current-mode circuits and voltage-mode circuits. Many various oscillators employing current conveyors were proposed in the literature. However, those oscillators were not simple. In this thesis, the new simpler oscillators with the grounded capacitors were presented. It is well known that the circuits with the minimum components have less circuit complexity, less power consumption , low cost, low space, reduced noise, less parastic effects and minimal fault chances. Above these descriptions, this is a hot goal of the art of the circuit design and it is also one of important subjects in the thesis. Consequently, the special and simple oscillators employing a single multiple output current conveyor are possibly realized and still have the good advantages such as multiple functions, low active and passive sensitivities, simple construct etc. These oscillators may be suitable for the requirement of communication, control and measuring system in the future. Finally, new applications of some classical oscillators, the light emitting diode drivers with low supply voltage and the minimum components are presented. All the new circuits and new applications in the thesis have been validated by Spice simulation or experimental measurements.
