論文摘要 在全球化的今日,技術密集產業,企業是愈來愈難保有競爭優勢的資源。競爭者即使在產品開發時間愈來愈受到壓縮,以及技術開發成本愈來愈高的情形下,仍然以提供新產品、新服務予以回應。當競爭愈激烈,企業認清、保護、強化他們的競爭優勢來源,以及補強其優勢與弱勢等變得愈來愈重要(Tyler,2001)。 本研究嘗試以動態能力(dynamic capability)的觀點,解釋組織能力之技術創新與相互配適資源,探討直接影響新產品易製性的因素。並且以資源依賴理論(resource dependence theory)解釋跨組織合作關係,期望能藉由研發與製造整合、供應商參與、顧客參與以調解技術創新與商品化過程中產品新穎度、技術配適度對新產品易製性的影響,以達到較佳的新產品易製性。 本研究以持續進行新產品開發活動的台灣手機零組件產業之新產品開發專案為研究對象,總共發出170份問卷,回收有效樣本數共有51份。本研究依據研究目的與假設之需要,並使用相關分析、變異數分析、群集分析、T檢定等統計方法對問卷資料與研究假設進行檢定。經統計分析整理後,歸納出數點實證結論: 1. 結果顯示,在新產品開發過程中,產品新穎度愈高,新產品易製性愈低。技術配適度愈高,新產品易製性愈高。 2. 接著,加入研發與製造整合、供應商參與、顧客參與等干擾變數後,得到以下結論: (1) 供應商早期參與程度愈高,新產品易製性愈高。 (2) 顧客早期參與程度愈高,新產品易製性愈高。 (3) 研發與製造整合程度愈高,新產品易製性愈高。 (4) 供應商早期參與程度愈高,減弱產品新穎度對新產品易製性負面的影響。 (5) 供應商早期參與程度愈高,增強技術配適度對新產品易製性正面的效果。 關鍵詞:動態能力、跨組織合作、顧客參與、供應商參與、新產品易製性
Abstract Today in the globalized and technology-intensive industry, the enterprise is even more difficult in sustaining its competitive and advantageous resources. In spite of increasing compression on product development time, and higher technology development cost, the enterprises still provide new products, and the new services as their responses. When the competition is getting severer, the enterprises recognize that they should protect and enhance their competitive advantageous sources, reinforce their advantages and repair their weakness, which becomes more and more important. ( Tyler,2001) This research tries to explore the factor that directly affects new product manufacturability in an aspect of dynamic capability, explaining technical innovation in organizational capability and complementing resources. Furthermore, inter-organizational collaboration could be better interpreted by resource dependence theory. New product manufacturability can be improved by the effects of the integration of R&D and manufacture, supplier involvement and customer involvement. By the moderate effects of technological fit and product newness, a better new product manufacturability can be achieved. This research takes the cellular phone parts & accessories industry going on new product development activities as the research subject. 170 questionnaires have been released, in which 51 effective samples taking back. In accordance with research goals and hypothesis need, this research uses relevant analyses, variables analyses, cluster analysis, and T testing, etc, the examinations have been conducted by the help of statistical methods vs. questionnaires data and study hypothesis. After statistical analysis, this research has concluded the following facts: 1. The findings show that in the process of new product development, the higher product newness, and the lower new product manufacturability. When technological fit is higher, the new product manufacturability is higher. 2. And then, after interference variables of R&D and manufacture integration, supply involvement, customer involvement, the conclusion can be obtained as follows: (1) When the degree of supplier involvement in early stage is higher, the new product manufacturability is higher. (2) When the degree of customer involvement in early stage is higher, the new product manufacturability is higher. (3) When the degree of R& D and manufacture integration is higher, the new product manufacturability is higher. (4) When the degree of supplier involvement in early stage is higher, it can weaken the negative effect on product newness vs. new product manufacturability. (5) When the degree of supplier involvement in early stage is higher, it can strengthen the positive effect on technological fit vs. new product manufacturability.
