摘要 工作價值觀對於工作來說是非常的重要,個人的投入與產生皆與其工作價值觀有關。工作、職業上的選擇除了產業的不同外,招募資訊的內容或許也是求職者會考慮的條件。本研究欲探討不同工作價值觀的求職者,在面對招募資訊內容時,會有何評估?薪資仍然是第一考量?還是公司的福利方案要好?抑或是能夠實現自我理念?此為研究動機之一。然而組織價值觀與個人工作價值觀有著密切的關聯。因此,本研究也希望能提供公司了解求職者的工作價值觀及其對招募條件之評估,以便招募到最適的人才。此為研究動機之二。 本研究的目的在了解他們的工作價值觀與求職時的選擇,希望能做出一些歸納與結論,使求職者在了解自己的工作價值觀後,能擁有更積極的工作態度、更踏實的人生,並及早為未來做準備;除此之外,對公司的競爭優勢也有所幫助。讓公司明白更多不同工作價值觀之求職者對招募資訊重要性評估的想法,以招募到適合組織的最佳人才。 本研究以台灣北部地區大學商管科系應屆畢業生做為研究對象。本研究一共發出200份問卷,回收124份,其中有效問卷121份,無效問卷3份,回收率為62%,有效回收率為60.5%。 研究結果顯示,工作價值觀屬於目的價值領域者較重視招募資訊中企業願景之資訊,而工具價值領域對於招募資訊各項內容皆很重視,其中又以福利方案最為重視。若工作價值觀屬於工具價值領域者,男性較女性重視招募資訊中職務特性之資訊,且家庭經濟狀況差者對於薪資待遇及職務特性較家庭經濟狀況好者重視。 在此,本研究建議企業主管可以採用工作價值觀做為招募時新進員工各項基本測驗中的一種,在瞭解應徵者的工作價值觀之後,便可以給予其所希望得到的招募資訊,以留住人才。
Abstract The work value is very important for jobs, individual input and output are also associated with work value. Beside industries, the evaluation of recruiting information may also be considered. This study wants to understand: how do people who have different work value evaluate the recruiting information. However, the work value of organization is concerned with personal work value. This study also wants to help companies to find the fit employees. The purpose of the study wants to make a suggestion to provide jobseeker have a more positive work attitude and a beautiful future, and arise the competitive advantage of companies. This study obtains the result of statistical analyses by the returning 121 copies of student samples. The results reveal that the persons in the purpose-value field tend to mention the information of business vision, and persons in the tool-value field especially mention the benefit. In the tool-value field male mentions the job characteristics rather than female, and the persons with poor family economic status mention compensation and job characteristics rather than well family economic status. Finally, this study suggests that the manager of business may adopt work value to be a part of recruiting tests to understand the work value of interviewers better.
