從農業時代、工商業時代一直演變到近期的知識資訊科技時代。時代不斷的演進意味著環境不斷的變遷,不論是企業、非營利機構、政府機構都會受到環境的衝擊,因此必須內部改革才能適應時代的潮流,企業更是如此。企業本是開放性系統,容易受到經濟、政府、消費者習慣、同產業、科技進步、國際、、等影響,加上環境易遷,使得企業的競爭也變得更多元化,所以企業必須對管理問題制定因應正確的決策,讓問題對企業傷害降到最低並制定預防等策略,才是企業永續發展之道。但是企業發生問題、負責的部門又互相推託時,管理者通常草率制定解決方案,最後問題並沒有真正解決。事實上,企業往往忽略問題背後看不到的問題。所以本研究必須要將看不見問題給明顯化,利用量化分析看出問題間的關連度,再運用數學限制式將問題元素區分隔、分析、找到核心問題並套用管理意涵,做為管理者能在最短時間分析問題並真正解決問題之參考。本研究依照下列步驟來探討: 1.問題概論:包含問題的特徵、問題重要性的變化及企業問題的種類分析。 2.複雜度與因果關係:包含複雜性特徵、複雜性科學研究觀點及因果關係的種類。 3.問題間關連度的量化:以量化模式的分析---DEMATEL (DECISION MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY:決策實驗室分析法)為分析工具,找出問題間關連度。 4.修改DEMATEL:利用數學限制式將問題元素區分隔、分析、找到核心問題並套用管理意涵。 5.實證:針對K股份有限公司,運用親自訪談的方式,找出該公司的核心問題並給予管理意涵。 6.結論:將管理問題的動態複雜性給簡化並將問題背後的結構釐清找出核心問題套用在管理上,作為問題分析的問題解決模式。
From agriculture to industrialization, from commerce to the recent era of high-tech, this revolution signifies the environment never stops changing. Whether it is an enterprise, a non-profit organization, or a government body, every party will endure the impact of this ever changing environment. Therefore, reforms from within will enable one to adapt to the current trend, even more so for enterprises. A business is easily influenced by economy, government, consumer habits, competitors, technology, international affairs, and etc. In addition, changes in environment also diversify the competition among businesses; consequently, businesses must make precise decisions to both minimize and prevent potential damages in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. However, if departments in charge start making excuses when businesses face difficulties, administrators tend to make decisions carelessly, which in turn, will not solve problems. In fact, businesses usually overlook some hidden problems. This study will reveal the correlation between those hidden problems by using quantification analysis, separating and analyzing problem elements with limited formula to further reach the core of the problem. Then apply the management theory so that administrators can analyze and solve problems in the shortest time possible. This study will be following the sequence of: 1.Introduction: the characteristics of problems, the change in the importance of the problems, and analysis of different types of business problems 2.Complexity and causal relationship: including the characteristics of complexity, scientific point of view of the complexity and different types of causal relationships 3.The quantification of correlation between problems: using quantification analysis model---DEMATEL(DECISION MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY) to find out the correlation between problems 4.Strategic tree analysis: using quantification analysis, separating and analyzing problem elements with limited formula to further reach the core of the problem. 5.Empirical evidence: conducting interviews with K. Ltd. To find out the core problems 6.Conclusion: simplifying the complexity of management problems and clarifying the structure of hidden problems to expose the core one; applying it in management so that it can be used as problem solving model in problem analysis.
