跨組織供應鏈導入之研究

摘要


隨著網際網路與電子商務的環境愈來愈成熟,企業在日益競爭的環境下,e化已經成為不可避免的趨勢。企業間的競爭,不再是公司對公司的競爭,而是供應鏈對供應鏈的競爭。供應鏈管理由於其資訊分享的方式,可以將供應商與企業更緊密的結合、縮短作業時間。因此許多企業紛紛導入供應鏈管理系統。而企業受到下游客戶的要求,實施供應鏈管理已是不得不的作為。政府也明白企業實施供應鏈管理是十分重要的,因此推動多項政策,來推動企業導入供應鏈管理系統。 目前導入供應鏈管理系統時仍有許多困難之處。因此本研究希望藉由個案研究,來探討企業在實施供應鏈管理系統的驅動因素、導入時所遭遇的困難、解決方案、相關議題及導入後達成何種成效。藉以提供企業在實施供應鏈管理系統時評估之參考。 經訪談後發現「產業的經營模式的分工」、「企業之間的竸爭」、「客戶的要求」、「企業認知的利益」是驅動實施供應鏈管理系統之因素。而在低度「信任」的情況下,導入供應鏈管理系統之困難為「資訊分享範圍」的增加、「作業流程」的改變及工作量的增加。影響資訊分享方式之因素為供應商資訊化的程度。系統導入後的成效包括有效縮短作業週期、縮短分享資訊時間、資料正確性提昇、使庫存週期下降等。

According to the environment of Internet and E-Commerce getting mature and the competition between enterprises, it is necessary for enterprises to have electronic business. The competition is not only between companies but also between the supply chain and the supply chain. Supply Chain Management (SCM) can push vendors and enterprises cooperate with each other tightly by the information sharing method of SCM. Enterprises can shorten the operation time, enhance the service quality, reduce the operating cost, and increase the accuracy of data by adopting the SCM system. Therefore, more and more enterprises adopt the SCM system for their business. Moreover, the government realizes that it is essential for enterprises executing the SCM system and promotes lots of policies to encourage enterprises to adopt the SCM system. There are many difficulties when adopting the SCM system. Therefore, this research would like to discuss the driving factors when enterprises execute the SCM system, the difficulties when adopting the SCM system, solution plans, relative issues and the effects after utilizing the SCM system by studying individual cases. This research discovered that division of industrial business model, competition between enterprises, customer requests, and benefits of business understanding are important factors to execute the SCM system. With the low level of trust, the difficulty of the utilization of SCM system is the increase of the extent of information sharing and work load and the change of operation procedure. The factor to influence the way of information sharing is the information vendors having. After utilizing the SCM system, the effects are to effectively shorten the operation cycle time, information sharing time, and the inventory cycle time and to enhance the accuracy of information.
