考慮不同計畫時程與綠色議題之整合性供應鏈存貨模式

摘要


隨著全球環境的激烈競爭和產品生命週期的縮短,迅速的反應以及有效率的管理是供應鏈管理中攸關公司競爭力與生存的重要策略。另一方面,環境保護責任對於企業而言是一個越來越重要的議題。因此,為了生態保護和企業永續經營,於合作和環境生態保護方面,是值得各界注意的。近年來,許多學者專注於供應鏈整合的實施。成功的供應鏈管理中供應商與買方的整合是主要成功方法之一。如果整合可以達成,供應鏈的最佳化就可實踐,而且可以使系統個別成員得到更多的益處。多批運送契約方式是達成系統成本最佳化的方式之一。多批運送方式可以提升品質,製造力以及效率。也可以降低存貨水準,發覺生產問題並可提升製造品質。除此之外,需求資訊分享可以縮短供應鏈成員間的反應時間,減少成本,並且增加供應鏈效率。除了供應鏈合作,產品回復性作業是一個可以減少生態環境負擔,以及有益於企業同時又可以符合消費者對企業期望的方法。 因此,此論文研究發展有關於整合與綠色供應鏈多個議題下,不同整合存貨問題的生產存貨模式。此研究的目的是發展最佳的補貨與生產策略使得整合系統可以達到整體最佳化。此論文期望可以: (1) 根據不同計畫時程長短的議題,發展數學的整合性存貨模式。 (2) 發展不同供應鏈角色的整合性綠色存貨模式。 (3) 透過數學模式推導求得各模式的最佳的補貨與生產策略,以及最佳成本與獲利。 (4) 透過數學軟體的使用進行各模式數值結果的分析,以了解各參數對模式的影響。 (5) 了解在考慮不同綠色議題情形下模式的重要性與其執行整合的利益。

Due to the increasing competitive market and shortened product lifecycle, quicker response requirements and more efficient management are the key strategies of supply chain management for competition and survival. Moreover, environmental responsibility is an increasingly important board for enterprises day by day. Therefore, more attentions must be paid to the collaboration and the environmental ecology in a supply chain for the purposes of environmental protection and sustainable development. If the coordination of the supplier and the buyer can be achieved, the optimization of the supply chain will result in more advantages than the traditionally individual systems. One cooperative method of the coordinative activities is the contractual multi-deliveries agreement because the contractual multi-deliveries agreement may result in increasing quality, productivity and efficiency. In addition, cooperation accompanied with demand information sharing in a supply chain may shorten the response time between the players. Beside the collaboration, for the sustainable development, recovery operations are the activities to reduce the environmental burden and to benefit enterprises while meeting the customer consciousness. This thesis focuses on the integration and greening issues of supply chain inventory management. The major purpose of this research is to derive optimal replenishment policies for the players of a supply chain when the integrated joint total cost is optimized globally. The objectives of this thesis can be summarized as follows: (1) Developing mathematical inventory models considering different planning horizon and various issues. (2) Developing mathematical inventory models considering greening plan of different supply chain players. (3) Applying the mathematical software to derive the optimal replenishment policy and the minimum cost of the proposed integrated inventory model. (4) Analyzing the results of the various types of integrated inventory model. (5) Showing the importance and benefits of integration in green supply chain management.
