本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民小學資訊組長角色壓力與工作倦怠之現況,並分析其相關性,以及角色壓力與工作倦怠的預測力。 本研究採問卷調查法,以自編「桃園縣國民小學資訊組長角色壓力與工作倦怠關係調查問卷」為研究工具。研究對象為桃園縣93至97學年度曾擔任過國民小學資訊組長為主,進行全面普查,共計發出正式問卷258 份,回收222 份,回收率為86.0%,有效問卷為221份。問卷所得資料,以敘述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析統計分析。研究結果陳述如下: 一、桃園縣國民小學資訊組長角色壓力現況屬中上程度,其中以「角色過度負荷」之壓力感受最高。 二、桃園縣國民小學資訊組長工作倦怠現況屬中下水準,其中以「情緒耗竭」之倦怠感受最高。 三、不同畢業科系與婚姻狀況之國小資訊組長在整體角色壓力感受上有顯著差異性。 四、不同畢業科系與學校規模之國小資訊組長在整體工作倦怠感受上有顯著差異性。 五、桃園縣國民小學資訊組長的角色壓力與工作倦怠具顯著正相關。 六、桃園縣國民小學資訊組長角色壓力中,以「角色模糊」對工作倦怠最具有預測效果。 最後,依據研究結果做出結論,並對教育行政機關、學校校長、資訊組長及未來研究者提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of role stress and job burnout of the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County and the relationship between them. The study was conducted by means of questionnaire surveys. The questionnaire was “The Relationship between Role Stress and Job Burnout of the Information Management Directors at Elementary School in Taoyuan County questionnaire”. The participants were all the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County during 2004-2009 academic year. Among the 258 mailed questionnaires, 222 were valid. The statistical procedures used in this research were mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Canonical correlation. 1.The level of role stress of the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County is above the average. Among all the aspects, “role overload” is the highest. 2.The sense of job burnout of the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County is under the average . Among all the aspects, “emotional exhaustion” is the highest. 3.There is a significant difference in role stress of the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County with different backgrounds such as majors in college and marital status. 4.There is a significant difference in job burnout of the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County with different backgrounds such as majors in college and school size. 5.There is a positive correlation between role stress and job burnout of the information management directors at elementary school in Taoyuan County. 6.Among those role stress factors, “Role Ambiguity”effects job burnout involvement most. Finally, according to the findings above, suggestions are offered to the educational administrations , school principals, information management directors, and future researchers.
