軟體產業SOA BI雲端服務應用之探討

摘要


摘 要 瞬息萬變的時代,企業競爭力不單取決於商品利潤與銷售量,企業對於內部控制與市場反應速度更是獲勝的關鍵。資訊科技依照著不同產業特性,制定出符合內部控制、管理之資訊系統。服務導向架構SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture,SOA)概念的提出,能夠以高效率、彈性化特來整合複雜的企業資訊環境,一時間讓許多軟體開發商、系統整合業者趨之若鶩。而商業智慧 (Business Intelligence,BI)系統的興起,是對企業中零散的資料做統計、挖掘、分析的動作,藉以萃取出隱含在數據資料內的知識,作為決策者參考依據。透過商業智慧系統輔助,使得企業得以在極短時間內調整營運方向,但商業智慧系統受限於系統架構,對於企業來說靈活度不足。 直到雲端服務的出現,為有相同困擾的系統帶來一線曙光。雲端服務可用於整合企業內外的服務系統,並簡化系統擴充與修改程。網路搜尋服務起家的Google,以及至力於發展雲端作業系統Azure的MicroSoft來說,就屬於致力推廣雲端服務的最好證明。而可攜式雲端的出現,其便利性、高擴充性、可適性與跨平台特質,為雲端服務概念開創出新的里程碑。依據上述觀點,未來企業的商業智慧系統應以雲端服務為主幹,當SaaS、PaaS與IaaS的架構呈現,服務導向架構精神亦隨之浮上檯面。本研究以雲端服務服務為平台架構,建構出商業智慧系統之雛形運作機制,並以科學方法進行驗證,並呈現運用雲端技術之軟體產業商業智慧系統。

Abstract Changing times, the competitiveness of enterprises depends not only on profits and sales of goods, the enterprise market for internal control and speed of response is the key to victory. Information technology in accordance with the characteristics of different industries to develop in line with internal controls, management information systems. Service-oriented architecture SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) concept put forward at a high efficiency, flexibility especially to integrate complex enterprise information environment, a time for many software developers, system integrators droves. The rise of business intelligence systems, is to do business in the information scattered statistics, mining, and analysis, in order to extract the information implicit in the knowledge of the data as a basis for policy-makers. Assisted through business intelligence systems, allows companies to be operating in a very short period of time to adjust the direction, but limited business intelligence systems architecture, lack of flexibility for businesses. Until the emergence of cloud services, have the same problems for the system to bring a ray of hope. Cloud services can be used to integrate internal and external service systems, and simplify system expansion and modification process. Internet search service started Google, and to focus on the development of the MicroSoft Azure cloud operating system, it belongs to is committed to promoting the best proof of cloud computing. The emergence of portable cloud, its convenience, highly scalable, adaptive and cross-platform characteristics, the concept is to create a new cloud service milestone. According to the above point of view, the future of enterprise business intelligence system should be the backbone of cloud services, as SaaS, PaaS and the structure of IaaS presentation, the spirit of service-oriented architecture has also come surfaced. In this study, cloud computing services platform architecture to construct a prototype business intelligence systems operating mechanism, and to verify the scientific method, and present the use of cloud technology software industry business intelligence systems.
