面板產業SOA BI雲端服務應用之探討

摘要


二兆雙星的面板產業近年來因為追求規模經濟而過度的增加資本支出擴充產能,也因為各面板廠商同時的產能開出,供給大於需求,造成價格下跌與獲利被侵蝕,亦也連帶影響企業本身獲利。然而面對瞬息萬變的營運模式,應用軟體開發無法迅速反應營運模式的改變,大大影響了資訊系統對企業的支援。而即時性的獲取各項生產營運效率,成為經營者重要的課題。 本研究藉由文獻探討與產業分析,從服務導向架構(SOA)、雲端運算服務(Cloud Computing Service)整合於商業智慧系統(BI)的觀點,用以瞭解商業智慧之雲端服務架構於面板產業的需求。並經由學術界的研究成果與實務界的產業分析,瞭解TFT-LCD面板產業的特性與競爭策略,以期本研究的目的與方向正確一致。同時透過雛型架構實作方式,將商業智慧之雲端服務架構的概念導入面板產業,用以探討雲端服務應用於企業商業智慧系統開發流程模式之情況。 最後經由可驗證的雛型系統,架構完整面板產業雲端服務平台,各廠區資訊人員維護各廠區的生產需求,總廠支援各廠區的技術開發,SOA雲端服務中心支援總廠創新技術,進而達到產學相長的合作。

Recently, Two Trillion and Twin Star Industries Development plan in order to expand economies of scope causes capital expenditures increased sharply . Because many TFT-LCD panel produce overabundat product , the profitability of enterprises is turndown.Howerever, we face fast changing business model but the application software development can not promptly react the changing of business model and influences information system to support the administration of enterprises. This study collects the doucument and industry analysis, we understand the requirement of TFT-LCD panel by Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)、 Cloud Computing Service and Business intelligence(BI).As a result of research paper and industry analysis, we understand the character and competitive strateries of TFT-LCD panel. By the expert system, we can apply the conception of Cloud service platform of BI to induct the TFT-LCD panel. Further, we can apply Cloud Computing Service to develop the process of enterprises BI. By the expert system, we frame a Cloud service platform of TFT-LCD panel. Various information personnel maintain the needs and demands in muti-location plants production .Central plant help muti-location plants for technological development .SOA and Cloud Computing Service support central plant to creat technology for Academia-Industry Cooperation.
