TFT-LCD巨觀檢查對視力影響程度之研究-以A廠為例

摘要


在TFT-LCD面板製造過程中,巨觀檢查為重要的品質檢驗項目之一。在大尺寸玻璃面板的生產廠須使用巨觀檢查機之光源系統進行品質檢查,巨觀檢查機是利用光源的透射及反射使玻璃上之異物、缺陷等瑕疵容易由人的眼睛看到。由於使用光源的色溫不同,可以分別檢出玻璃的不同缺陷,目前業界通常使用螢光燈、低壓鈉燈、強光燈及綠燈來對玻璃作光線的透射或反射達到讓玻璃缺陷容易由人的眼睛檢視出。由於巨觀檢查人員須長時間注視玻璃基板導致視覺疲勞的問題。本研究評估巨觀檢查人員對客觀視覺疲勞指標(CFF)及主觀視覺疲勞評比的影響,本實驗共有50位巨觀檢查作業人員參與,並於無塵室中進行實驗。實驗結果發現Array檢查作業人員長時間在巨觀檢查作業下,對視覺疲勞有相對的影響。因此建議改善該工作環境,以改善作業人員之視覺疲勞問題。

Marco inspection station is one of the main inspection tasks in the TFT-LCD manufacturing process. This illumination system of macro inspection of TFT-LCD is used on bigger size of glass in the manufacturings factor. The macro inspection adopts it’s transmission and reflection of light on the glass to observe the mura or some foreign matters easily. By means of color temperature, we can inspect the different defects of the different glass, we usually use neon light, sodium light, highlight and green light as the original light sources. Because of long searching time on the glass panel, marco inspection operators frequently complain about visual fatigue problems. In this study, we evaluated the visual fatige of the marco inspection operators using critical flicker frequency (CFF) and subjective eye fatigue rating. A total of 50 marco inspection operators participated in this study and conducted the experiment in the clean room. The results indicate that the marco inspection operators checked the panel for a long time in array department, with significant eye fatigue. It is recommended to improve the work station and improve the marco inspection operators’ visual fatigue problems.
