摘要


對醫療服務產業而言,醫療品質一直是扮演重要且關鍵的角色,且隨著病人意識的提高,醫療品質更顯得重要。然而,影響醫院醫療品質的因素有很多,其中由於醫事放射師在X光檢查上是最直接與病患接觸的。因此,如何保持醫事放射師在工作上的專心、認真及適當的工作負擔,便成為一個重要且實用的研究課題。 本研究的研究目的為建立滿足所有條件限制且迅速的班表,以保持醫事放射師的良好工作狀態。醫事放射師的排班是典型「全年無休」的3班制上班型態,排班規則除一般政府相關法令(勞基法)、醫院內部規定、人員需求和人員技能等硬性限制外,通常還會允許醫事放射師預先約定預排定的休假與班別,這部份就成排班上的軟性規定,故此問題即被視為複雜的排班問題。 醫事放射師的排班問題,其特性較似於限制滿足問題,本研究利用「限制規劃法」求解,求解所得之班表經過求解效率及可行性分析後,一切限制與目標皆符合預期,故本研究產生之醫事放射師班表能提供排班者一參考依據。

For medical services industry, the quality of medical care has been playing an important and crucial role, and with the awareness of patients, the quality of medical care has become more important. However, the quality of medical care is affected by many factors, one of which is a medical radiological technologist due to the most direct contact with patients. Therefore, how to maintain medical radiological technologists to concentrate on working and having appropriate workload has become an important and useful research topic. The purpose of this study is to satisfy all conditions for the establishment of the staff schedule and quickly, to keep the medical radiological technologists in a good working condition. Medical radiological technologist scheduling is a typical, annual, without-holiday schedule which contains three shifts a day. The scheduling rules consist of not only mandatory restrictions of government-related regulations (e.g., Labor Law), hospital internal regulations, staff requirements and staff skills, but also soft restrictions of allowing a medical radiological technologist having pre-scheduled vacations and shifts. Hence, this scheduling problem becomes a complex scheduling problem.
