本研究旨在探討學生學習促進機制的創新,並用於解決學生學習問題之效用影響,運用限制理論問題解決模式及方法,經問卷方式探索蒐集當今大學生存在的學習問題後,運用理論方法進行分析,找出核心的關鍵問題,並進行改善機制方案之創意開發,以實際社群平台試行創新機制方案之實驗,結束後蒐集學生參與方案後的感受資料進行感受性效益分析,藉以瞭解創新開發之學生學習促進機制方案的影響成效。 本研究發現: (一) 當今大學生存在有十二項共同的學習困擾現象。 (二) 當今大學生學習成效不彰的核心關鍵問題應在於:缺乏對學習者潛能與動機的引導且在學習策略上未提供良好複製學習模式的問題所致。 (三) 本研究創新開發之自學練工坊活動,經學生參與後明顯感受有助於興趣性的提升,且內容的應用性有肯定的認同性存在。 期望透過學生學習問題探索模式及發展的創新機制方案,能改善現今大學生學習的問題困擾,進而提昇學生學習後的質量成效,以符合社會期待的能力條件。
This study aims to investigate students learning improvement mechanisms of innovation, and apply to solve the impact of the effectiveness of student learning problems. To apply and use of Theory of Constraints problem-solving mode and method to explore the problem of collecting today's college students learning by questionnaire. Applying the theoretical methods of analysis to identify the core problems, and to improve the mechanism for the projects of creating development. With the actual community platform where innovation mechanism project of the experimental results to collecting information about students’ feeling of participates in the project. The analysis of the receptivity effectiveness, in order to understanding the innovation and development of student learning to promote the effectiveness of the mechanism of program impact. This study found that : 1. Nowadays, the students of university have twelve common learning problems. 2. The core problem of student learning ineffective is : Lack of guiding potential and motivation of learners and does not provide a good copy of the learning mode. 3. The result of participating in the self-learning practice activities which innovated by this study improves students’ interests and approves the application. Expectations of student learning project of the exploring mode and development of innovative mechanisms, to improve the learning of today's university students, and thus enhance the effectiveness of the quality of student learning, and to meet the social expectations of the ability.
