國中生生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感關係之研究-以桃園市為例

A Study of Relationship among Life Stress, Internal Locus of Control and Well-Being of Junior High School Students -Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學學生生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、預測情形,並瞭解三者因果關係及桃園市各區在上述變項得分群聚情形。本研究採取的研究方法為混合方法研究,包含問卷調查法與訪談法,以103學年度桃園縣60所公立國民中學,共74244位普通班學生作為本研究母群體,便利隨機抽取1102位學生為研究樣本,以「國民中學學生生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程式以及集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。此外,訪談6位學生,3位教師與3位家長,來補足量化研究。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國民中學生生活壓力、內控信念與之現況良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感知覺有所差異。 三、生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感呈現高度正相關。 四、生活壓力、內控信念對幸福感具有預測力。 五、生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感三者之間具有因果關係,內控信念是生活壓力與幸福感的中介變項。 六、桃園市各區國民中學學生在生活壓力、內控信念與幸福感有群聚關係,以分 為二組為佳。 七、以訪談研究結果探索量化研究之差異原因。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,提供教育行政機關、國民中學家長與學生,以及後續研究者參考。

This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among life stress, internal locus of control and well-being of Junior High School Students of public junior high schools in Taoyuan City. The method, involving the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, is mixed methods research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses convenience random sampling to investigate 1102 samples that are from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM and cluster analysis. Besides, In order to strengthen the research, select twelve people to interview. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. Life stress, internal locus of control and well-being perceived by the Students from public junior high schools in Taoyuan City are significantly above theoretical average. 2. Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in life stress, internal locus of control and well-being. 3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of life stress, internal locus of control and well-being. 4. Life Stress and locus of control have the significant prediction toward well-being. 5. “Locus of control” is a moderate variable between locus of control and well-being. 6. In Taoyuan City, every district in different groups in this research with two variable scores. 7. Explore the difference causes of quantitative research through the results of qualitative research. Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, parents,junior high school students, and future researchers.
