從網絡關係效益分析范特喜文化創意聚落平台

Analyzing Fantasy Story from Network Relationship Effect

摘要


台灣文化創意產業,近年來蓬勃發展,但亦也面臨各種樣態的競爭困境,舉凡台灣文化創意產業都屬微小型之經營模式,要如何在初創階段,讓文化創意業者本身能快速穩固且持續成長,以及在激烈競爭環境之中獨樹一格,其群聚將會是極大的關鍵因素,而在群聚內建立網絡關係是關鍵因子,如果將網絡關係深化過後將產生網絡關係效益。因此,本研究期望從網絡關係效益分析范特喜文化創意聚落,藉此提供給群聚區域經營者以及進駐群聚內的文化創意業者更多的經營策略方向。 本研究以質化為主,量化為輔。其特別挑選其發展較為成功且受到社會關注的范特喜文化創意聚落內經營者以及文化創意業者作為主要研究對象。並以個案分析與專家訪談之方法,進行收集相關的資料,預先驗證本研究之概念。再運用SPSS 統計軟體進行文化創意業者之問卷分析,其分析是用來檢驗范特喜文化創意聚落下,其網絡關係對網絡關係效益是否產生影響性,其問卷結果分析屆時將提供給進駐之文化創意業者在建立網絡關係以及產生網絡關係效益之思維導向。 然而,本研究結果顯示,聚落內經營者之網絡關係,是依靠公共激發空間,積極舉辦相關共同活動來塑造形成,再加以深化過後,將予以產生網絡關係效益;而,文化創意業者亦是透過積極且主動舉辦的小型活動,再加以連結後,將予以產生網絡關係效益。但,其經營者所產生的網絡關係效益,跟文化創意業者所產生的網絡關係效益是略有差異性。其主要差異性,在於聚落內經營者觀點並沒有獲取市場影響力之網絡關係效益;而文化創意業者觀點對於網絡關係效益卻都具備。故,本研究想藉此研究結果,對於群聚區域經營者提供制定策略方向;除此之外,亦給進駐群聚內的文化創意業者提供經營管理方向。

Recently, Cultural and Creative Industries in Taiwan have been flourishing, but facing various competitive dilemma, too. Every operating mode of Taiwanese Cultural and Creative Industries is belonging to tiny types. In the process of startup, how to make the people in the Cultural and Creative Industries become mature quickly, steady, and sustained, and become unique among the furious competitive environments, the group would be the enormous key elements, and building network relationship inside the group would be the key factor. If reinforcing the network relationship, it would produce network relationship effect. Thus, this study expects to analyze Fantasy Story from network relationship thereby providing the direction of operating strategy for group operators and people who join groups in Cultural and Creative Industries. This study is based on qualitative method, and supplementing with quantification. The major objects of study are special selected from operators in Fantasy Story who are more successful developed and are paid more attention from the society. And using the methods of cases analysis and experts interview to collect relevant materials so as to test and verify the concept of this study in advance. Besides, applying SPSS statistics software to conduct questionnaire analysis of owners in Cultural and Creative Industries for the purpose of examining whether the network relationship of Fantasy Story would produce influences to network relationship effect. The analysis of questionnaire results will provide those who join the Cultural and Creative Industries with directive thoughts on establishing network relationship and producing network relationship effect. However, this study's result shows that the network relationship of operators inside the groups are molded by depending on public encouraged spaces and holding common activities positively. Moreover, after reinforcing, it would produce network relationship effect. And, the owners in the Cultural and Creative Industries also hold small-scale activities positively and actively to produce network relationship effect after connecting. But, the network relationship effect produced by the operators and the people in Cultural and Creative Industries are slightly different. The major difference is that the operators in the group don't obtain the network relationship effect of market influence in their viewpoints; but, people in the Cultural and Creative Industries prossess all of the network relationship effect in their points of view.Therefore, this study wants to provide the directions of framing strategies for group operators by studying this. Besides, this study also wants to offer those who join groups in the Cultural and Creative Industries of managing and operating directions.
