建構精實暢流生產模式-以紙器深加工為例

摘要


本研究以精實生產理念為基礎,運用流線化及平準化生產之工具與手法,依循D2MAIC改善邏輯,建構一精實暢流生產模式,模式架構主要提供非連續式批量生產之製造業所使用,重點著重於改善步驟邏輯及相關工具與手法之應用,促使生產流程更有效率且順暢。本研究以個案驗證本模式,驗證結果顯示物料搬運距離改善幅度為52.00%,機台停機時間改善幅度為47.65%,現場在製品庫存改善幅度為42.86%,證明本研究所提出之精實暢流生產模式為可行且有效。

This paper employs the principles and ideas of Lean Production as the basis for its research, along with the tools and methods of Streamline Production and Leveling Production. It applies D2MAIC to improve logic and create a Lean Flow Production Model. This Model is provided primarily for traditional discontinuous Batch-and-Queue industries and focuses on improvements to the logic behind current practices; there is also an emphasis on tools and methods to facilitate greater ease and efficiency in the improvement of the overall process. The paper employs case studies to verify the benefits of each phase of the model; results showed material handling distance was improved by 52%, machine down time showed an improvement of 47.65% and the quantity of items requiring re-processing was improved (reduced) by 42.86%. Such evidence proves the feasibility and efficacy of the suggested Lean Flow Production Model.
