應用創新改善準則於精實六標準差之研究─以紙器深加工為例

摘要


本研究結合現場改善與TRIZ矛盾矩陣作使用,將TRIZ原有39個工程參數與40個發明原理修改成24個改善參數及24項創新改善原則,將核心著重於D2MAIC模式的改善階段,創造出一流程創新改善模式。並利用專案驗證本模式之可行性及有效性,改善結果為機台準備時間下降42%,產能提高18.7%。

This paper combines on site improvements with the TRIZ Contradiction Matrix. TRIZ parameters and principles were changed from 39 to 24 and 40 to 24 with a mind to enhancing the D2MAIC phase as its core aim, and therefore creating an innovative model for process improvement. With the use of research project verification the feasibility and efficiency of the aforementioned model has been proven with a reduction in setup time of 42% and an increase in capacity of 18.7%.
