電子產業在台灣已經是蓬勃發展的階段,在國際競爭的環境之下,電子產業要再持續成長,應強化自我品牌的建立、新產品的開發設計與俱競爭力的成本。可靠度是促使這些改進領域成功的關鍵因素。適當的可靠度目標,可幫助訂定及設計產品及零件規格,建立產品特性及達成俱競爭力的製造成本。本研究使用賽局理論的方法來協助分析可靠度目標策略並採取決策。在新產品可靠度目標訂定後,使用可靠度配置方法,以確保子系統可靠度目標,能夠促使總系統達成可靠度目標。當可靠度目標都配置妥當時,制定產品可靠度保證計畫書,以確保新產品在開發、生產及售後階段,皆能符合所預期的可靠度目標。本研究期盼能協助業界,結合過去的經驗,以運用賽局理論的方法,謀求在可靠度方面,制競爭者於機先,以立於領先者之林。領導者能夠藉由可靠度目標的訂定與產品開發策略判斷,達成市場占有率及顧客滿意度的雙贏目標,
Electronic industry in Taiwan has been passed through a growing and prosperous period in the past forty years. To keep the momentum of growth, it is important for establishing local brand name, new product design capability and cost competitive manufacturing process. To assure the success on these directions, reliability is a key factor to assure the success on these directions as an appropriate reliability target establishment can help on determining competitive product specifications, building product characteristics and satisfying customer expectation. This study applied game theory to analyze and establish reliability strategy and target during product development phase. Furthermore, reliability target allocation for subsystems and components and product reliability assurance program are discussed for providing a complete reliability process control in new product development.
