摘要

在企業的營運裡，存貨管理是企業經營很重要的一環。存貨的目的是要以最低的成本來滿足顧客的需求及增進營運績效；以最少的存貨金額，供應產品線的生產，進而提高企業現金流量。所以，在企業營運裡，如何能夠以最大的利潤來生產，同時又能夠維持最低的存貨，是企業經營者努力要達成的目標。 台灣特用化學品廠商，須面對中國大陸、印度等國家日益激烈的競爭，而上述競爭者更以成本優勢切入國內外市場，使得特用化學品廠商的銷售情況受到相當程度的影響。面對此環境，台灣中小型特用化學品廠商如何增加利潤並且降低存貨，就成為特用化學品廠商當務之急。 本論文研究藉由特用化學品製造商的實際資料來實證，在有限的資源下，以利潤最大化的產品組合，規劃其最佳生產模式，最後求得共用原料及所有原料的最佳存貨。期望對業界的存貨管理與決策分析能提供更多的助益，幫助企業解決許多實務上的問題。 本研究以線性規劃方法分析目標函數最佳化之模式，對特用化學品產品組合的利潤最大化，共用原料存貨最佳化，提出最佳的決策，此模型可瞭解特用化學品多條生產線原料存貨、產品組合、單位利潤及相關資源等要素之關連性。研究結果完整提供了經營階層對產品組合與存貨政策的決策依據，此科學的方法，解決了實務管理上只憑經驗決策的難題。

The management of the inventory is very important for business operation. The purposes of the inventory are mainly to satisfy customers’ demands with the minimal cost and to supply production lines with lowest inventory as possible as enterprises can in order to increase cash flow. Therefore the target that enterprises make every endeavor to achieve production is to maximize profits and simultaneously minimize stock.
The specialty chemicals manufacturers in Taiwan have to face a keen competition day by day of the country as mainland China, India, etc. These competitors enter domestic and international markets with the advantage of lower cost. Thus the specialty chemicals manufacturers in Taiwan have bad sales under the influence of the situation. How to increase profits and decrease stock is the first priority for the small/medium manufacturers in Taiwan.
The purpose of the study is making the use of the actual data of the specialty chemicals manufacturers under the limited resources to maximize profits of product mix and plan the best mode of production so as to find out optimal inventory of shared raw material. Looking forward to providing the industries with more benefits regarding inventory management, strategy and analysis; furthermore, solving the problems of practical business.
The study is based on mathematics of objective function of linear programming that verifies the best solution to profit maximum of product mix of specialty chemicals and optimal inventory of raw material and shared raw material. The mathematics model is helpful to us to realize the relations to several production lines of specialty chemicals among the factors including raw material inventory, product mix, unit profit and other resources. The result of the study fully offers the criterion of product mix and inventory strategy to top managers. The scientific method solves the difficulty of practical management in process of decision-making.
