大學生網路成癮之認知人際治療團體研究

摘要


本研究的目的在於探討認知行為人際團體治療,是否有助於改善網路成癮的大學生使用電腦網路的成癮狀況。本研究主要是採取類實驗設計(Quasi-experimental Research Design),將樣本區分成實驗組與控制組,待實驗組進行八次認知行為人際團體治療後,探討兩組樣本在實驗前後,關於網路成癮以及社交人際行為的狀況是否有顯著差異性。同時,進一步瞭解認知行為人際團體的實質功能。 本研究以立意取樣收集的方式,邀請受試者填寫結構性問卷,再依測驗結果進行分類,取出30位有高網路成癮傾向之大學生且自願參加本研究者。將參加者區分成實驗組與控制組,每組有十五名成員。研究工具為中文網路成癮量表-修訂版、人際行為量表。在統計方法上則使用變異數分析來進行研究假設的檢定。 研究結果顯示:(1)實驗組樣本在團體治療後,在網路成癮狀況以及人際行為狀況皆無任何顯著差異。(2)控制組樣本在團治療後,在網路成癮中的戒斷症狀問題顯著高於團體治療前。同時,在人際行為中的攻擊問題,也顯著高於團體治療前。 關鍵字:網路成癮、認知人際團體

The goal of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive interpersonal group therapy for undergraduates with internet addiction. This study used quasi-experimental research design, and the participants were divided into experimental group and control group. After the experimental group had finished 8 sessions of the cognitive interpersonal group therapy, the difference of internet addiction and interpersonal behavior between the two groups were examined. At the same time, the actual function of the cognitive interpersonal group therapy was also analyzed. This research used purposive sampling to invite each undergraduate filling in a questionnaire. Basing on the results of the questionnaire, 30 voluntary participants with high scores on internet addiction were recruited and divided into the experimental group and control group. The instruments, including the Chinese Internet Addiction Scale-Revised and the Interpersonal Behavior Survey, were administered at both pre- and post treatment. The statistical method of variance analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results of the research are: (1) there was no significant difference between the two groups on the scores of internet addiction and interpersonal behavior after the treatment; and (2) after the treatment, the withdrawal symptoms of the control group were higher than that of the experimental group while the post-treatment aggressiveness of the control group was higher than that of the pre-treatment.
