摘要


本論文旨在利用化學選擇性醣苷化反應及[1+1+2]合成策略合成具神經再生活性之唾液酸醣苷神經鞘醯胺質Hp-s1之類似物Hp-SJ1、Hp-SJ2、Hp-SJ3。 另外將進行神經鞘胺醇衍生物xyl-13之合成,以合成神經鞘醯胺酯(ceramide)。 目前已完成Hp-SJG1、Hp-SJG2、Hp-SJG3主架構NGLA-1、NGLR-1、NGLM-1之合成。

This paper aims to complete neurodegenerative activity of ganglioside Hp-s1 analogues Hp-SJ1、Hp-SJ2、Hp-SJ3 synthesis, we used chemoselective glycosylation reaction and [1+1+2] synthetic strategy. In addition, the synthesis of the sphingosine derivative xyl-13 will be carried out to synthesize the ceramide. The synthesis of Hp-SJG1, Hp-SJG2 and Hp-SJG3 main architectures NGLA-1, NGLR-1 and NGLM-1 has been completed.
