探討WIIMOTE互動式電子白板應用於國中數學科的學習成效

摘要


本研究旨在探討WIIMOTE互動式電子白板應用於國中數學科的學習成效,學習成效包含數學學習動機以及數學學習成就兩方面。本研究以中壢市G國中八年級兩個班的學生為研究對象,研究方法採用準實驗研究不等組前後測設計,進行為期八週的數學領域實驗課程,教學範圍為康軒版國中八年級第四冊「幾何圖形與尺規作圖」及「三角形的基本性質」單元,兩組學生均接受互動式電子白板融入數學領域動機量表前後測及數學領域成就測驗前後測。而實驗組學生在實驗教學後,接受半結構訪談問卷,以瞭解對使用WIIMOTE互動式電子白板融入數學領域教學之意見。 研究結果如下: 一、實驗組在數學學習成就表現優於控制組。 二、實驗組在數學學習動機表現優於控制組,而且在學習動機量表的「主動學習策略方面」、「學習環境誘因方面」這兩方面顯著優於的控制組。 三、影響學習成就及學習動機的原因,包括教師教學創新、學生多元化主動學習、資訊教材內容豐富、教學工具方便實用、WIIMOTE互動式電子白板成為師生互動學習平台。 根據研究結果得到的結論,實驗組學生的學習成就及學習動機有顯著提升,電子白板教材利用展示動畫移動效果加上清楚條列算式,協助了解圖形轉換抽象知識,提供學生適合學習的環境,能引起學生興趣,提升互動質量,願意主動採取一些學習策略,提升主動學習策略及學習環境誘因之學習動機。建議未來研究者,針對不同單元設計完整教材包,增加WIIMOTE互動式電子白板使用,擴大不同研究對象及運用不同研究方法。

The purpose of the study is to explore the learning effect on mathematics of a junior high school applying WIIMOTE interactive whiteboard. The learning effects include mathematics learning motivation and mathematics learning achievement. In this study, the objects are the eighth-graders of two classes of G Junior High School in Chung-li City. The study used the unequal-group experiment design for eight weeks of mathematics experimental courses. The teaching units are "geometric construction with ruler and compasses " and" the nature of triangular" in eighth-grade the fourth volume of Kang-Hsuan version. Both groups of students took mathematics learning motivation scale pretest and posttest as well as mathematics achievement tests pretest and posttest. Students of experimental group answered the semi-structured interview questionnaire after the experiment teaching to express their opinions on the use of the WIIMOTE interactive whiteboard into mathematics teaching. The findings in the study are as follows: 1. The experimental group has better performance of mathematics learning achievement than the control group. 2. The experimental group has better than the control group on mathematics learning motivation. "Active learning strategy" and " Learning environment stimulation " were significantly better than the control group. 3. The factors that influence learning achievement and motivation include teachers’ innovative teaching, students’ diversified active learning, rich teaching meterials, and convenient and practical teaching tools, WIIMOTE interactive whiteboard becomes the interactive learning platform for teachers and students. According to the findings in the study, it can be concluded that the experimental group has significantly enhanced the achievement and the motivation. Whiteboard teaching material not only used the animation moves effect to help understand graphics conversion and clearly itemized formula to help understand abstract knowledge providing students an appropriate learning environment, but also caused students' interest which improved the quality of interactions. Therefore, students are willing to take some learning strategies to enhance Active learning strategy and Learning environment stimulation. It is recommended that future researchers design a complete interactive whiteboard teaching material packages for different units, increase the use of WIIMOTE interactive whiteboard, apply to different subjects and use different research methods.
