摘要

一般的專案管理技巧及風險管理方法已經有許多文獻加以研究探討，但是一個提供室內設計產業的企業或單位有許多專案同時進行時，該企業或單位的主管及專業經理人員應該站在什麼位置，從事何種監督及控管的工作，才能有效率地進行多項煩雜及反覆的專案管理是目前較為欠缺的。為了瞭解風險產生的因素及解決方法，本研究將以室內設計產業，專案管理控制為架構，研究風險管理產生因子項目，並利用風險構面之間衍生度量指標方法角度來探討與來編定一些簡易的檢核表，以較有彈性的流程來加速/簡化企業內部的管理工作，以提高客戶的滿意度及忠誠度，並維持一定的風險等級。
本研究是以專案控制與風險管理評估流程為探討的主題，藉由文獻探討與實際案例進行風險評估分析，讓專案經理執行專案時可以事先預估可能出現的風險因子，透過歸納與流程分析，整理出若干不同的流程予不同類型的專案使用，避免同一套流程系統應用至所有不同類型的專案。這樣會導致組織成員的人力與時間的耗費。如此一方面可提供公司內部進行風險評估流程之修正，並可提供相關產業導入風險評估流程時之參考。
本研究的成果可以顯示出專案風險分析的可行性以及探討專案風險因子。 本研究也同時探討專案風險之迴避以及建立專案風險檢核表。

The literatures with topic related to the general project management skill and the risk are abundant. However, there is exiguous literatures concerning about how the organization or department leader and manager to monitor and control the project more efficiently with the proper position when the organization hold many complex and repeatable project in processing. In order to realize the reason of risk development of project and its proper solution, the interior design industry and project management control will be the structure to analysis the risk management factors. Simple check list will be developed through the method of various indexes among the surface of risks. It can provide more flexible process to increase and simplify the inner management work of organization to improve the satisfactions and loyalties of the clients and keep the risk under control.
Project control and risk management evaluation process will be the main issues of this manuscript. Both literatures review and practical case study are employed to interpret the risk evaluation analysis. The results were inducted and investigated into several different processes for projects with diverse characters to prevent one procedure are applied with different project, because it will waste a lot of human resource and time of organization. Therefore, the list can support to review the risk evaluation of inner organization and provide the reference for relative industries that will induce the process of risk evaluation.
The results of study have shown the feasibility of the project risk analysis and the factors of project risk as well. Project risk transfer and the check list of project risk also were discussed and developed in this manuscript, simultaneously.
