本研究目的在於瞭解民眾對於電子服務的使用與其滿意度的情形。電子服務平台的管理者不僅要考慮到平台基本的系統品質,更要去省思如何從資訊、互動以及設計的層面上做改良,進而提供給民眾更好的服務品質。因此,本研究希望以政府電子服務平台做為研究標的物,結合科技接受模式的核心變數,來驗證平台中的資訊品質、互動品質、設計品質對於民眾知覺易用與知覺有用之影響,並進而檢驗其對於民眾滿意度的影響。研究採用網路問卷調查法,以曾使用過政府電子服務平台之使用者為研究對象,共回收233份有效問卷,在經由線性迴歸分析過後,結果如下: 1. 資訊品質、互動品質、設計品質及知覺易用對於知覺有用有正向的影響效果。 2. 資訊品質與設計品質對於知覺易用有正向的影響效果。 3. 知覺有用與知覺易用對於滿意度有正向的影響效果。 而研究之結果,能幫助電子服務平台的管理者了解民眾對於平台的觀感以及從何種方面來做改進與修正。
The purpose of this study is to understand the situation of the people for the use of electronic services and their satisfaction. Managers of e-services platform must not only consider the system quality of platform, but also to ponder on how to make improvements from the level of information, interactive, and design, thus providing a better quality of service to the public. Therefore, this study hope that the government e-services platform as the subject, combined with the technology acceptance model is the core variables to verify the quality of the information, the interactive, and the design in the platform, and the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in the public, and to test people satisfaction. Research using Internet questionnaire, the object of study is that had used government e-services platform, and 233 valid questionnaires were collected after the linear regression analysis, the results are as follows: 1. Information quality, interaction quality, design quality and perceived ease of use have positive effects on perceived usefulness. 2. Information quality and design quality have positive effects on perceived ease of use. 3. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive effects on satisfaction. The results of the study can help managers of e-services platform to understand the public perception of the platform as well as the improvement and correction of what to do.
