系統櫥櫃應用於醫院血液透析中心室內裝修規劃初探

摘要


櫥櫃設計在大多數的學校宿舍等公共工程,為縮短工期,櫥櫃工程均以系統家具組合模式取代傳統木工,優點是施工快速、低污染、低噪音。台灣系統家具業者由歐洲進口,經歐盟認証健康、無毒、低甲醛、綠建材之塑合板。在工廠製造加工,現場組裝,省略傳統木工在現場加工的時間,並減少垃圾產生。醫院主要功能在於醫療空間,隨著台灣醫療技術的進步,醫院環境的空間設計也日愈重要,然而,目前醫療空間設計仍著重於安心舒適與清潔清新方面上,相較於歐美先進國家,在設計美學與視覺美感上,台灣仍有極大之進步空間。目前之醫療空間之櫥櫃設計工程也慢慢導入系統組合家具,材料使用歐洲進口之健康、無毒、低甲醛、綠建材之塑合板。血液透析中心近幾年在各大醫療院所,為因應洗腎患者需求量大增,新增血液透析相關部門與診療空間,在醫療院所占有極重比例,超越一般學校工程櫥櫃所占比例。因此,本研究以醫院血液透析中心之櫥櫃設計,來探討未來發展趨勢,針對桃園醫院新屋分院、金門醫院和華康診所透過案例研究、圖面分析、工程施作,歸納出血液透析中心之櫥櫃設計原則。提供醫療院所與櫥櫃專業者之參考,透過設計原則要點並結合設計美學,希望醫院提高優質美感,經洗腎患者五感的深度體驗,讓醫療院所空間除了醫治疾病外更具心情療癒功能。

For most public constructions like school dormitories, the cabinet design usually adopts system furniture composites instead of traditional carpentry in order to shorten the construction period, which hassuch advantages as fast construction, low pollution and low noise. System furniture makers in Taiwan import from Europe the EU certified particle boards that are healthy, non-poisonous, with low formaldehyde and low noise. These particle boards are processed in plants and assembled on the field. It avoids the fieldassembly needed by traditional carpentry and reduces garbage generation. The main functions of the hospital lie in their medical spaces. With the development of medical technology of Taiwan, the space design of medical environment is increasingly important. However, currently the medical space designs still emphasize such aspects as comfort, cleanness and freshness. Compared with developed countries in Europe and America, Taiwan still needs to improve greatly its design aesthetics and visual beauty. Nowadays, system furniture composite is being gradually introduced into the cabinet design engineering for medical spaces. The materials are particle boards imported from Europe, which are healthy, non-poisonous and with low formaldehyde and environmental-friendly building materials. To meet the rapidly increasing demand of hemodialysis patients in recent years, all major medical institutions have established hemodialysis related departments and treatment spaces, and hemodialysis centers ofaccount for a dominant ratio in medical institutions, which is higher than the ratio of system cabinets in ordinary schools. Thus, through the cabinet design in hemodialysis centers of the hospitals, this study attempts to discuss its future development trend. By comparison and analysis results, it concludes the principles adopted for the design of cabinets in hemodialysis centers. It could provide references for medical institutions and cabinet professionals with the expectation that hospital can integrate design aesthetics into their design principles to improve both the quality and beauty.In this way, the hemodialysis patients may havedeeper feelings with their five senses toward the spaces of medical institutions, enabling the patients to have their diseases cured and also their mood healed in such spaces.
