桃園市國中特教教師幸福感與教學效能關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Special Education Teachers’ Well-Being and Teaching Effectiveness of Junior High Schools in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市國中特教教師幸福感與教學效能關係之研究。研究方法採問卷調查法,以桃園市59所國民中學特教教師為研究對象,採普查方式進行調查,共發出369份問卷,回收之問卷一共321份,有效問卷為300份,可用率為93%。使用工具為自編之「桃園市國中特教教師幸福感與教學效能問卷」,所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元回歸進行分析。   綜合文獻探討及研究調查結果,本研究獲得之結論如下: 一、桃園市國中特教教師幸福感普遍良好。 二、桃園市國中特教教師教學效能表現優良。 三、特教教師不因背景變項的不同在教師幸福感上有差異。 四、特教教師之教學效能整體來看,不因背景變項而有差異,然教育程度不同會 造成教學策略構面之差異。 五、桃園市國中特教教師幸福感與教學效能間具有中高程度之正相關。 六、桃園市國中特教教師幸福感對教學效能五個構面之預測力約在30%到37%之 間。   根據以上研究發現,本研究分別從特教教師、學校行政及後續研究提出建議,以供參考。 關鍵詞:教師幸福感、教學效能

The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relationships between special education teachers’ well-being and teaching effectiveness of junior high schools in Taoyuan City. The study was conducted in questionnaire survey with self-designed “Questionnaire of teachers’ well-being and teaching effectiveness of junior high schools in Taoyuan City.” The survey is targeted at the special education teachers in 59 public junior high schools in Taoyuan City, and uses census to select samples. Total of 369 questionnaires were sent out , 321 questionnaires returned, 300 were valid. The valid recovering rate was 93%. For analyzing andstudying questionnaire data, statistical methods such us descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were carried out.   The conclusions of the study were summarized as below: 1. Junior high school special education teachers in Taoyuan City have good evaluation of teachers’ well-being. 2. Junior high school special education teachers in Taoyuan City have good evaluation of teaching effectiveness. 3. The special education teachers’ well-being did not vary with the different personal background elements. 4. Most of the teachers’ teaching effectiveness did not vary with the different personal background elements. However, the special education teachers who got higher scores on teaching effectiveness are with higher level of education. 5. There is a high positive correlation between special education teachers’ well-being and teaching effectiveness of junior high schools in Taoyuan City.. 6. The special education teachers’ well-being could predict teaching effectiveness and the data was about 30% to 37%.   According to the research findings, this study provides suggestions to the special education teacher of junior high schools, educational administration in school and future studies.
