本研究旨在探討桃園市國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業學習社群參與和教師教學效能之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關情形,並瞭解三者因果關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以桃園市184所公立國民小學教師為本研究母群體,分層比例便利抽樣選取973位教師為研究樣本,以自編之「國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業學習社群參與、教師教學效能問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、桃園市國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業學習社群參與和教師效能教學之現況良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業學習社群參與和教師教學效能知覺有所差異。 三、國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業學習社群參與與教師教學效能呈現高度正相關。 四、國民小學校長正向領導、教師專業學習社群參與和教師教學效能三者之間具有影響關係,教師專業學習社群參與是國民小學校長正向領導與教師教學效能的中介變項。
This study is aimed to discuss the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and intermediary effect among elementary school principals’ positive leadership, teachers participating professional learning community and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary schools in Taoyuan city. The method, involving the questionnaire survey is survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified proportional convenience sampling to investigate 973 teachers that are from 184 elementary schools. Collected data is analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and SEM analysis. The major research findings of this study are as follows: 1. Principals’ positive leadership, teachers participating professional learning community and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary schools perceived by the teachers from elementary schools in Taoyuan county are significantly above theoretical average. 2. Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in principals’ positive leadership, teachers participating professional learning community and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary schools. 3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of principals’ positive leadership, teachers participating professional learning community and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary schools. 4. “Teachers participating professional learning community” is a moderate variable between principals’ positive leadership and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary schools.
