本研究主要為了解機電空調工程業從業人員人格特質與工作價值觀之關聯性,探討機電空調工程業從業人員之人格特質現況、工作價值觀現況,比較不同背景對於人格特質或者價值觀是否有差異影響,並研究人格特質與工作價值觀間是否有關聯性,希望藉由研究結果提供此產業人力資源招募單位作為人才甄選參考使用。研究以台灣地區任職於公司領有中華民國經濟部中央辦公室核發冷凍空調業登記證書之從業人員為研究對象,有效樣本共計333份,其中網路問卷140份,佔42﹪,紙本問卷共計193份,佔58﹪,而有效樣本333份中,工程類人員294筆、行政類人員39筆。研究採用問卷調查法,問卷含自編背景變項問題、NEO-FFI量表、工作價值觀量表,為研究工具。研究結果為:(1)機電空調工程業從業人員之人格特質現況,經平均數假設考驗後得知「外向性」、「親和性」、「嚴謹性」與母群差異達顯著。(2)機電空調工程業從業人員之工作價值觀現況,經平均數假設考驗後得知「自我成長取向」、「自我實現取向」、「尊嚴取向」、「社會互動取向」、「組織安全與經濟取向」與「安定與免於焦慮取向」與母群差異達顯著。(3)不同背景變項在人格特質上是否有顯著差異,部分支持。(4)不同背景變項在工作價值觀上是否有顯著差異,部分支持。(5)機電空調工程業從業人員之人格特質與工作價值觀是否有關聯性,部分支持。(6)人格特質與工作價值觀對於績效有預測力,支持。(7)不同工作職務之人格特質與工作價值觀是否有顯著差異,部分支持。
The purpose of the present study was to understand the relationships between personality and work values of air-conditioning engineering workers. There were 294 air-conditioning engineering workers participated in the study. The results were: (1) The air-conditioning engineering worker’s personality was significant difference in Extraversion , Agreeableness , Conscientiousness. (2) The air-conditioning engineering worker’s work values was significant difference in Self-growth , Self-realization , Dignity , Social-interaction , Organization’s safe and economical , Stable and avoid anxious . (3) The significant background variables was some support for personality. (4) The significant background variables was some support for work values. (5) The significant correlation was some support with personality and work values. (6) Personality and work values can project job performance . (7) The significant variables was some support for different work worker.
