本文旨在了解桃園縣國民中學校長創新領導、教師工作壓力適應及學校效能之現況,並比較不同背景變項所產生的差異,進一步分析校長創新領導、教師工作壓力適應與學校效能之相關情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法進行,以102學年度桃園縣公立國民中學現職教師為研究母群體,採分層隨機抽樣方法,共計發出 866 份問卷,回收851份,有效問卷 835份。調查所得資料平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、多元迴歸分析及集群分析等統計方法,進行資料分析。獲致結論如下: 一、桃園縣國中校長創新領導、教師工作壓力適應與學校效能之現況均達中高程度。 二、不同背景變項教師對校長創新領導、教師工作壓力適應與學校效能知覺有所不同。 三、桃園縣公立國民中學校長創新領導、教師工作壓力適應與學校效能呈現顯著相關。 四、校長創新領導與教師工作壓力適應對學校效能具有預測力。 五、教師工作壓力適應可作為校長創新領導與學校效能兩者間之中介變項。 六、桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學校長創新領導、教師工作壓力適應與學校效能有群聚關係。 最後依據研究結論且綜合相關文獻與研究結果,分別對主管教育行政機關、校長、教師與未來研究提出建議,以提供校長領導、學校實務應用與學術研究之參考。
This study was aimed to investigate the current situation, different background variables effect, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among principals’ innovation leadership, teachers’ working pressure adaptation, and school effectiveness of public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The method adopted in this study was survey research. Adopting stratified random sampling, data were collected from 866 teachers in 59 schools. All data collected were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation, multiple regression, SEM, and cluster analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The principals’ innovation leadership, teachers’ working pressure adaptation, and school effectiveness perceived by the participating teachers from junior high schools in Taoyuan County are all significantly above theoretical average. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in principals’ innovation leadership, teachers’ working pressure adaptation, and school effectiveness. 3.There is a moderate positive correlation between every two variables of principals’ innovation leadership,teachers’ working pressure adaptation, and school effectiveness. 4.Principals’ innovation leadership and teachers’ working pressure adaptation are significantly predictable toward school effectiveness. 5.Teachers’ working pressure adaptation is the indicator (moderate variable) of principals’ innovation leadership and school effectiveness. 6.In Taoyuan County, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with two variable scores. Based on the results above, the study offers suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, junior high school principals and teachers, and future researchers; hoping to shed light on the development of junior high school education in the future.
