本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師幽默感、身心健康與創新教學之現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、預測情形,並瞭解三者因果關係及桃園縣各鄉鎮市在上述變項得分群聚情形。本研究採取的研究方法為混合方法研究,包含問卷調查法與訪談法,以102學年度桃園縣59所公立國民中學,共5677位現職合格教師作為本研究母群體,分層隨機抽取1054位教師為研究樣本,以「國民中學教師幽默感、身心健康與創新教學問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程式以及集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。此外,訪談10位教師,來補足量化研究。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園縣國民中教師幽默感、身心健康與創新教學之現況良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對幽默感、身心健康與創新教學知覺有所差異。 三、幽默感、身心健康與創新教學呈現高度正相關。 四、幽默感、身心健康對創新教學具有預測力。 五、幽默感、身心健康與創新教學三者之間具有因果關係,身心健康是幽默感與創新教學的中介變項。 六、桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學在幽默感、身心健康與創新教學有群聚關係, 以分為三組為佳。 七、以訪談研究結果探索量化研究之差異原因。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、國民中學校長與教師,以及後續研究者參考。
This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among teachers’ sense of humor, physical and mental health and innovative teaching of public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. The method, involving the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, is mixed methods research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 1054 samples that are from 59 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM and cluster analysis. Besides, In order to strengthen the research, select ten people to interview. The results can be concluded as follows: 1. Sense of humor, physical and mental health and innovative teaching perceived by the teachers from public junior high schools in Taoyuan County are significantly above theoretical average. 2. Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in sense of humor, physical and mental health and innovative teaching. 3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of sense of humor, physical and mental health and innovative teaching. 4. Sense of humor and physical and mental health have the significant prediction toward innovative teaching. 5. “Physical and Mental Health” is a moderate variable between sense of humor and innovative teaching. 6. In Taoyuan County, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores. 7. Explore the difference causes of quantitative research through the results of qualitative research. Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, junior high school principals and teachers, and future researchers.
