This study attempt to extend a new model, named “D2MAI2C”, which integrate the TRIZ methodology into the improve phase of the Lean Six Sigma approach to enhance the traditional techniques of Lean Six Sigma as a quality improvement strategy. It also represents a logical, sequential structure for driving process improvement. The new model is validated in the coffee company. The result shows that the application of new model successfully reduces the waste of waiting time for inspection (46.54%) and the transportation during the operation system (38.12%). That leads to reduce the Necessary Non Value Added time (5.93%) & the Non Value Added time (38.12%), respectively. It also performs effectively in the improvement plan, which can help the process system become more stability and reliability for the Vietnamese coffee company.
