國中教師希望感與工作壓力之關係研究—以桃園縣為例

A Study on Relationship between Junior High School Teachers’ Sense of Hope and Work Stress in Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國民中學教師希望感與工作壓力現況,並分析不同個人背景與環境變項之教師知覺希望感和工作壓力之差異情形;最後,則探討教師希望感與工作壓力的相關與預測情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以分層隨機抽樣方式,共計抽取桃園縣30所國中,535位國中教師。有效問卷520份,可用率97.2%。問卷所得資料運用統計套專軟體 SPSS for Windows18.0 版進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關及多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結論如下: 一、桃園縣國中教師之整體希望感受程度屬中高程度,其中以「目標取向」層面感受略高。 二、桃園縣國中教師之整體工作壓力受程度屬中等程度,其中以「教育改革」層面感受較高。 三、不同年資、擔任職務與學校規模之桃園縣國中教師,在「希望感」知覺上具有顯著差異。 四、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、擔任職務與學校地區之桃園縣國中教師,在「工作壓力」知覺上具顯著差異。 五、桃園縣國中教師希望感與工作壓力二者呈顯著低度負相關。 六、桃園縣國中教師希望感之「動力思考」層面,對整體工作壓力較有預測力。 根據以上研究結果,對教育行政主管機關、學校教師及未來研究者提出具體建議,以供參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of junior high school teachers’ sense of hope and work stress in Taoyuan County, and it also aimed at analyizing the differences of teachers’ perception on teachers’ sense of hope and work stress from various personal background and school environment variables. Finally, the relationship and prediction between teachers’ sense of hope and work stress were explored. This research method is mainly a questionnaire survey. Stratified Random Sampling method was adapted to sample 535 teachers from 30 junior high schools in Taoyuan County and 520 of them are considered valid, which is 97.2﹪. With the application of software of SPSS 18.0 for wimdows, the sampling is analyized by descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, Canonical correlation and multiple stepwise regression. Conclusions obtained in this study are as in the followings: 1. The current situation of junior high school teachers’ perception in Taoyuan County of teachers’ sense of hope was “above average”, especially in“Goal”. 2. The current situation of junior high school teachers’ perception in Taoyuan County of work stress was “medium” , especially in“Educational Reformation”. 3. Junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County with different service years, job position and school scale significantly differ in the perception of teachers’ sense of hope. 4. Junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County with different gender, age, service years, job position, and school location significantly differ in the perception of work stress. 5. There is lower significant negative correlation between teachers’ sense of hope and work stress. 6. “Agency Thinking” in teachers’ sense of hope has more significant prediction power on work stress as a whole. According to the above research conclusions, the suggestions are proposed to be used as reference by educational administrated institutions, schools, teachers, and researchers in the future.
