探討供應商供貨可靠度與供應商選擇的關係

摘要


近年來,在面臨產業迅速變遷的環境下,企業不得不面臨更多的競爭與挑戰,為了提升產業的競爭力與降低企業與供應商之間因彼此資訊不對稱而產生的風險與不確定性,於是企業與供應商的關係從原先的對立轉為策略性合作的長期夥伴關係,為此,企業得認真審視其供應商選擇評估準則,正確地選擇供應商不僅可以降低原物料取得的成本及企業的風險,更可以進一步強化組織的競爭力,因此,供應商選擇問題在供應鏈管理為相當重要的議題。本研究係以買方的角度考量在不同的供應商之關鍵零組件、供貨可靠度、零件需求量與供應商數量等採購條件下,計算各組供應商的採購成本、延遲成本與前置時間並探討其變化與趨勢,並假想是以買方的身分該如何權衡,以達到對買方最有利的供應商選擇之策略。 本篇運用混合整數規劃結合供應商供貨可靠度建立供應商選擇評估之數學模型,計算採購成本、延遲成本與前置時間並探討供應商因延遲而造成的成本增加比例和前置時間與供應商供貨可靠度之間的影響,接下來,將供應商的延遲成本和前置時間的數據歸納成兩個迴歸公式,比較其預測值與實際數據結果的誤差。

In recent years, because of rapidly changing environment, companies have to face more competition and challenges. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the industry and reduce the information asymmetry, the relationship between enterprises and suppliers from the confrontation into long-term cooperative partnership. In order to reduce risks and uncertainties between enterprises and suppliers, for which have to set up their supplier evaluate criteria. Choosing some appropriate suppliers not only reduce the cost of raw materials and risk but also enhance the competitiveness of the organization. Therefore, supplier selection is a very important issue in supply chain management. This study is based on the buyer's viewpoint to consider some factor about supplier selection, including key components, delivery reliability, demand and candidate suppliers, etc. We calculate the ordering cost, delay costs and lead time from each group to analyze the changes and trends. It suggest an advantageous strategy for the buyer to select suppliers. In this paper a mixed integer programming model is presented to solve the supplier selection with delivery reliability, which calculates ordering cost, delay costs and lead time. Exploring the influence of supplier delivery reliability on proportion of delay costs and lead time. We estimate multiple regression formula for the delay cost and lead time, and we used to compare the error between predicted values and actual values.
